I feel like Jake fell out of love romantically with her for a while but couldnt bring himself to leave her. I think thats why it’s so “easy” for him to not take it too seriously, he has alot of love for her and you can tell he would do anything for her but i believe the romance left the building on his end. He feels kind of aloof about it. Tara seems devastated but you can tell when shes trying to reel it in and act “normal” she sort of makes a face or becomes loud because shes frustrated with herself that shes about to cry so shes trying to disrupt her discomfort. But because she’s so in control and such a Leo, she’s powering through the breakup and is able to compartmentalize the relationship transitioning into a friendship… and thats where theyre so compatible, its the perfect dance.. the yin and yang.. just like their banter bouncing off eachother theyre able to switch over to a friendship smoothly. But again, I feel that Jake fell out of love romantically. I think he holds her at such a high standard in his life because she played a huge role in his growth and helped him become who he is today and empowered him. So i see so much respect for her on his end.. even if he dates someone i dont see him ending a friendship with her for someone else because theres so much respect between the two.

Funny, because I have a different Interpretation of whats happening. so hear me out. Tara gained a lot of followers in the last years and she knows she is very desirable, probably a lot of men try to flirt with her. In one video Jake confesses that there arent many hot girls in his dms at all. Tara loves Jake dearly, but I think she wanted to have fun and feel more free. The sadness in her eyes in the break up video is evident and I think it is because she feels guilty and sad for breaking up and hurting him. I think Tara is annoyed by his goofyness in the break up video, is because she knows its fake, because hes hurting and is trying to act as if everything is as usual. She wanted to be friends so badly and in the video where they went shopping is seemed like Jake started to finally move on a bit and she tries sooo hard to connect with him because she didnt know how to deal with him accepting the whole thing. The lie detector video of them was taken shortly before they separated, I think the last few minutes say everything. It is just my perception... Only they know 😅

I’m sorry for whatever happens to you in your life. But the solution isn’t attacking others. It’s about looking into your red pilled heart and finding a semblance of love for others and love for yourself. There is no other way for you. You will never be happy otherwise. Jake has autism and there have been several indications that Zach may also (as in suggestions from zach himself). I think it’s interesting that Tara has kind of gravitated towards these two. As someone who is autistic as well, I think Tara compliments these guys really well because, as you said, she’s perfectly 1000% dialed in socially- she doesn’t miss anything, and she’s able to read both Jake and Zach incredibly well, even if they aren’t saying things outright. They tend to communicate on a higher level than just through words and Tara is attuned enough to it that she’s able to navigate that clearly. It’s an impressive part of her personality.

I don't think people ever really need to know the details unless it was something particularly horrible that someone needs to be exposed for and I think they did really well in expressing things.

Its interesting to hear you say they seem mutually detached by the end- granted i never saw that mall video- because they had a "Target Shopping With My Ex" video where everyone was more convinced Jake was the one to end things because Tara seemed to play more of a Zach role between them. I'm very pleased with how this turned out and I'm happy that you went back to the beginning of their relationship to analyze it. It shows that you really wanted to understand it. I don't get relationship vibes from these two at all anymore but I do see two best friends. I dont know how they did it or if this close friendship will last. I did agree with you on every point you made,especially that it seemed in that moment during the breakup video, that Tara seemed more upset and hurt. I also thought it was Jake who ended the relationship for whatever reason and I dont think it had anything to do with jealousy or cheating. Id love to see a video breaking down Johnnie Guilbert’s charisma. I’ve seen a few on Jake who is very charismatic, but imo Johnnie is not talked about enough. He has charisma even though he is much lower energy and introverted which I find interesting. I think usually when people think of charismatic people they think of people who are high energy, outgoing, and extroverted. But Johnnie manages to be lower energy, more monotone, etc. and still be really likable and charming. I feel that is something I need to learn how to do because I am also quite low energy but feel like I have to force myself to be high energy when I’m around people which leaves me exhausted and feeling like I’m not being myself. It’d be really cool to get some tips on how to be low energy but still have good social interactions.

Great video! So happy you did this! Especially that you started with some older videos for more intel. Loved your take on things, for example the fact about Jake’s feminine side and the balance of that. And then straight the ‘anime character’, very funny! I do think that the high maintenance from Tara in certain videos was a bit exaggerated since when you look at older videos, she’s way less like that. (Fruit roll up video, challenge videos with the old roommates from the trap house). I do believe their bickering is also quite exaggerated for the content in most videos. You saw that also at the end where it looked forced. Loved how you called it: planned bickering. On the ‘own person thing’ in the breakup video I also called BS. I do not believe in that. But that’s my take of course. To be fair and to end this long comment, the video you ended with is a long time ago already. They have been posting more content together that they’ve broken up a little longer. As the cruise ship (twice now already), the cooking with Johnnie, the haunted Queen Mary. Their attitude is way different to each other than the shopping video. Ps: I definitely also want to be Jake’s best friend haha!

New here. I watched them for a while, and stopped. Then saw they broke up, and was very confused. It wasn’t until today when KZbin recommended their latest collab on a cruise…I was shook😅. Now in that video being I hadn’t seen any collabs since they did break up (other than the breakup vid), I thought wait a min are they together. That was my initial reaction to how they interacted together. It felt similar to how they were but in a far different way as far as maturity goes for the both of them, I don’t know how best to explain that but it’s as if that bond and chemistry re-sparked. I’m not saying they’re together but I’d love to see your reaction to that video, to see if you gage what I did. In fact because I watched that video I found your channel😂, and I did watch love always so this is so coincidental 😭. Judging by the dates, they posted their break up vids 9 months ago. The video at the end of the reaction (shopping spree) was 3 months ago, and the video I’m speaking of is the latest post on Jake’s channel. My guess is that feelings were raw, they were disconnected intimately, and idk their lives but somehow someway that chemistry reignited in that last video. I don’t mean it in a sensual way either as many take that term, I mean it in a more than a friend type of thing. I don’t want to misspeak, but that’s just my take.

It was interesting with the farm scene cause as you pointed out that was the first time we saw maybe different parts of their personality rub together wrong. I am very much the goofy and always looking to make jokes type of guy. In that clip Tara reminded me of the first girl I was with cause similarly we had good banter and had lots of fun but she would hit her limit. She would get frustrated or a little annoyed with my constant goofing around but it really is just something that I am. So it would in turn bother me she would take all these little things so seriously. Where I’m like hey no harm no foul we are both ok let’s get back to having fun and she would be frustrated that something happened out side of what she thought should happen. But all in all she was a great girl but we just didn’t fully click on a way I need and she needed. So I can definitely empathize with their situation if something like that was the reason for the break up.

Hey anthony, this video is amazing!!, a lot of things i missed in their relationship that i realized watching you analyzing them, i think they always had a great relationship, and jake is autistic too, i think he discovered it one year or two ago, he is now trying music and trying different stuffs that he didn’t before, he seems always confident but now he is trying to discover a new personality that he didn’t realized he had? maybe they were the right person but in wrong time, they had the healthiest and prettiest relationship that i know and i hope they still have a good and healthy friendship too. and i remember jake saying in a podcast that he was really confused with himself when he wasn’t diagnosed, now i think he is trying to find himself and try to focus on him, so i guess maybe he broke up with tara because he wanted to try new things and with a relationship he couldn’t focus on himself (sorry for my English not my first language)

Yea they dance around it bc people tried getting them to breakup on tiktok or kept making up rumors till it eventually broke them up which is kinda sad cause I thinly they were stronger than that. But also, they have no plans to have kids or get married so it’s nice to have a first long term relationship, learn from that and move on to the next person, whether it be yourself or another and jealousy’s never been an issue which is great since they can still remain friends and work together without making things weird. Also can’t believe it’s been almost a year as well, swear I just saw this and the tiktok comments yesterday but yea makes me kinda sad cause they were so cute. But I agree that either they’ll take time apart for themselves and eventually get back together at a better time in life or find someone who will make them just as happy and doesn’t mind them being friends with each other lol

I also believe that Jake fell out of love with Tara but he didn’t want to leave her, and for a while after the break up if you see some videos for example the one at the supermarket that went viral, she was trying to get his attention in my opinion. But now I feel that their videos are as they were before they are chill but there isn’t anything romantic but only love and respect and they get along very nicely with each other.
