It recognised years ago the Kibbutz system of bringing up their children, which was in Nurseries, only saw parents when collected to put to bed, then returned to Nursery early morning, as parents went about allocated jobs/tasks for Kibbutz, had brought about a personality of self only, no empathy, no ….. I'm not so sure academic freedom has been a good thing. It seems that some people think they are free to teach whatever they wish, even if its made up, or historically and contextually evil. Perhaps academia should require certain restraints. For example, we probably shouldn't teach kids all the things in Mao's little red book when they are in 3rd 4th and 5th grades. They might just grow up to be Mao'ists. And we probably shouldnt be teaching them all this trans stuff so early either, kind of a population risk if you know what I mean..... Like wise UNRA probably shouldn't be teaching kids how to stab a Jew in the street. We've now seen how that results. We most definitely should be teaching them how to calculate taxes, raise animals, and grow vegetables. More of that, and less of the stabby stuff. Then things will smooth over, I'm sure of it.

One other perspective about Zion is provided in the book Watchman on the Walls by Hannah Hurnard (a pacifist and Quaker) who wrote an eyewitness account of the formation of modern-day Israel. In it there is letter from the British High Commissioner about the end of the British Mandate in Palestine, and his vision of Peace, for Jews and Arabs alike. Hurnard specifically answers 3 key questions about Israel/Zion from a Christian perspective (includes viewpoints from Hebrew and Arab Christians). One thing to remember is that Arabs and Jews are both Semitic peoples. Only in more recent times has anti-semitism has come to mean anti-jewish. -

Um, no.. the UK , USA, and Zionists tricked Europe, twice, into slaughtering themselves and founding new Israel. World War 2 eliminated 85 Million people. World War THREE will eliminate Billions of people.

Antisemitism, or perhaps better termed prejudice against Jews, is not synonymous with anti-zionism, but the two are also not unrelated. Since Zionism is a political movement for the self-determination of the Jewish people, anti-zionism is a form of prejudice against Jews, since you are in fact negating this basic right. No amount of sophistry by professor Kevorkian can hide this. An additional point I want to make is that her argument is the evolution of the previously circulated argument that criticism of Israel is not antisemitism. Criticism of Israel in indeed not antisemitism per se, but if you are actually criticising Israel's existence, or right to exist .... Errr you are on thin ice with that argument. Good luck to you.

Great🎉keep it up Amy❤ "Hamzs barbaric attack on October 7": for Western journalists those words have become like a pious chant, like a purity check, before you're allowed entry to a temple. Notwithstanding that Hamz has clarified repeatedly that they did not attack civilians, only Israeli army, which was legitimate, as they're blockading Gaza, which is an act of war. Notwithstanding that there's no independent verification yet of that "barbarism", except what's produced by Israeli government, including it's videos, whose worth is well known even to Western journalists. Notwithstanding Hamz' repeated statements that "Israelis and jews are not our enemy, our fight is against the Zionist apartheid state, which illegally occupies Palestinian territories, in violation of UN resolutions and international law." This sycophancy, this fawning is nauseating.

@khunmikeon8588 ай бұрын
Not sure where you are going with this? Do you actually mean “academic freedom”? Academic freedom (as I understand it) is neither here nor there if the Professor has been fired for telling the “political” truth in the face of the Zionists and their American legion… ergo where was her general freedom of speech and freedom to highlight various facts. I trust she will be well rewarded financially of this unfair dismissal. Sue the pants off of them 😂
