Here is the thing, sometimes you enter into a relationship with a wifey energy, and that man brings momy energy out of you. So before you try to change your energies, make sure to choose the right man.

I know what you’re saying, but it’s the same logic as if a man would say I am loyal to her at the beginning because she gave me the reason to yet during the relationship she just changed so that’s why I cheat. For this reason I’m convinced this is not the right statement what you wrote. in my opinion, the mummy energy shows itself when your in your anxious state, and this is the most crucial part to show your wifey energy to your man, even if you don’t feel like it because applying it to the previous example of mine you also would like to have your man to stay loyal to you, even though things are not going well during the relationship so you don’t expect him to cheat on you-you understand?

This made me realize how many men out there are actually searching for the mommy energy from their women.
@msSAN3004 ай бұрын
It´s just what they have gotten used to. There are very few women out there with wifey energy. Most women are working hard and managing everything themselves which makes it difficult for them to switch that off and turn to wifey energy around the man they like and letting him manage things. A few years back I tested it out with a guy I met on a dating app. He had only had relationships with woman that helped him out with a lot of stuff, mommy style. I was a lot older than him, so maybe he thought he would get that same mommy vibe from me. But from the first date onwards I stuck to my "wifey vibe". OMG! It worked like magic! For the first time in his life he met a woman that respected him, trusted his lead, asked for his help, for his opinion on my decisions, etc. He was amazing! Did everything for me and was so invested in our relationship and my wellbeing! 😍 Unfortunately, I went back to my needy, demanding and more mommy tendencies and that´s what killed the relationship after 2 years. 🤷♀

This definitely doesn't work in a toxic narcissistic relationship. Only works if you’ve addressed unhealed childhood attachment patterns as individuals. I was recently with a self described alpha male who was brittle and paranoid and could not be emotionally vulnerable at all. My wifey presence, my submission, was only met with increasing cruelty. And when I exhibited a healthy sense of self-respect, he completely shut down. So these videos may need a disclaimer: For those who have already done a lot of their inner work and are capable of discerning safety (for women ~ act on the red flags), and for men, capable of emotional intimacy. Or it’s irrelevant advice.

@beachysmeachy_4 ай бұрын
you’re absolutely correct.
@thecurrentmoment4 ай бұрын
No, you're not correct - the reason is that you are an adult and you can choose your response and behaviour and that is what sends out mommy/wifey energy. I know there is a subconscious element to this which other people can pick up on in spite of what you do, and this is probably what you mean, but you really do have a choice in how you respond to things. You can respond to his behaviour by thinking "I need to control him" OR "I need to understand him", those are both options and you can choose to adopt either of these attitudes. There is a gap between something happening and you choosing your response. Sometimes that gap is small (e.g. instinctual or impulsive reactions) and sometimes it is longer (e.g. when you carefully consider your response). That gap is when you choose how to respond. So you can literally choose to respond with wifey energy or mommy energy, it really is up to you. I'm not saying it's easy, because it usually isn't. It requires courage and discipline, a little bit of humility. But you can definitely choose how you respond. The idea that you can't is just an excuse

A man should accept his woman and understand that everyone is different. He should be man enough to not be drifted away by every action that she does. A woman should not be scared he is going to leave by every move. He should be greatful and communicate as a grown man so they can sort things out and so she knows what he wants/expects. Teach man to be loyal and real for gods sake and to be greatful instead of telling women to adapt all the time😡

You also have to be a good leader and then all of this comes naturally. I'm more than happy to let go and be more in my feminine if I feel like the guy I'm with has things handled and is doing things better than I would or same. It's much easier for sure and yes I agree trusting that another person can handle things and you focus on your energy and things is HUGE. that's a secure attachment style. idk if your demographic is women, so you're aiming this advice at women but it definitely takes two to tango

The Golden barked and the man, instead of moving away He moving more close to us the dog and I screamed. I'm practicing more about my femininity but I don't know what to do with this man because I meet him when I walk to the dogs. I don't want to smile to him. Many thanks for advice.

Having got married later on in life aged 39, I had plenty of time to take note of other peoples relationships of what I saw worked and what didn't. Two things most women do is nag and nag, - never works ever! and often at times a complete lack of appreciation for whatever their man does for them. Those attitudes will" dry up" any relationship quicker than anything else. Nobdy is going to keep doing stuff for you if you fail to notice, act like a spoilt baby and you don't appreciate it. Just not going to happen long term. Keep on that trend and it doesn't matter how pretty you are, how wonderful you think you are, how intelligent you think you are, he eventually won't care.

Interesting, but one ought to be careful not to go into "daughter" energy and become like a child instead of a wife?

Yes, this is an interesting difference

I'd say just stay focused on "Wifey" energy in your feminine receptivity and openness

I'll be neither then, I'll just be woman energy where I don't let him lead me by a ring on my nose. A relationship is 2 people and each should have equal leadership.

I had quite a conundrum. He was grossly enmeshed with his REAL Mommy. He insisted on calling her daily, no matter how it affected our plans. I'd end up nagging him, "Oh come on, we're already late to the movie. Call her later!" I realized I could never break up this sick enmeshment, and broke up with him. Of course, he blamed me. Could NOT imagine how bad it would be to have her as an MIL, especially if we moved to the same city. Which is what he wanted. I don't think I did anything wrong, and realize most men are not like this. The good thing is, I would never want him back. He skeeves me out.

What if a man won’t lead or do any of those things am I supposed to sit back and just wait for when he does it cuz I’ve done this and it doesn’t happen

I like the video and format 💯 when younger I was both mommy with some, wifey with others including friends other family members and work colleagues ~ today in my silver years I’m mommy’d out ~ all I desire is to be in my divine feminine energy/role. As in another’s comment ‘wifey’ connotates, how do I put this, say inequality unless he’s referred to as the ‘husband’. If he’s in his masculine then I in my feminine! If he’s in his husband then I in my wife role/label.

Caution: wider ranges in age often creates unhealthily skewed power dynamics. And consider that men normally die much younger than women. So, worst case scenario: ending up broke and lonely.

Sorry if this is an overly basic question, but, how does a wife handle cooking without seeming too mommyish?
@fruitascension50894 ай бұрын
I wondered that too!

@natcheztracefan ... ... Q. How to handle cooking without seeming too Mommy-ish energy wise? I would say ask him what he wants for dinner before you cook/prepare it for him. Pick 2 or 3 things you'd be willing to make and have the ingredients for ... and ask him to choose between them. I think that is a subtle way to shift from Mommy to Wifey when making dinner.

My boyfriend was working seven days a week at one point. What am I supposed to do? Wait around and wait for him to come back to 'decide things together'? I had to take up a lot of responsibilities - sopping, cooking cleaning... and I am not at his place everyday. We are not living together yet as I am still waiting for some essential items to make the place a home. The place that we will be moving to belongs to me. Took the opportunity during covid to invest and I was single at the time. Does this mean that I am giving 'mommy energy' or I am 'emasculating' my man because we are moving to my place and becauseI have a stable income and somewhat clear goals? And I am in my 30s and not divorced with someone else's child? I want to be seen as an equal, not some damsel in distress. I have enough self-esteem issues as it s. This video made me doubt myself even more. This 'wifey energy' described here sounds more like a golddigger who wouldn't give less of a shit about her partner...

I disagree each man pull the energy they need from the woman and some men are looking for a mommy....those you just stay away from!
