"Jump Kick Man" or Maurice Freeland. Whats funny was that he was arrested and identified before the Rittenhouse trial but the DA maintained they didn't know his identity. The reason they lied was because not only was he charged for crimes he committed that evening but he also had a felony record. The DA knew that having another direct witness who was an active criminal and had a felony record would allow the defense to paint the picture that Rittenhouse was attacked exclusively by individuals with criminal records. It's why they also kept Joshua Ziminski from being called as a witness.

@@126644 At the time Rittenhouse was being pursued by a baying mob he had shot one lunatic in self-defense. The mob that chased him and made him fall could not have thought he was a 'mass' shooter. They were a bunch of vigilantes acting on the words of one of the people who helped set Rittenhouse up for ambush! They literally had no information or facts to base their actions on. Actually, the last one shot in the bicep was told by Rittenhouse himself that he was going to the police. That person Gaige Grosskreutz joined the mob chasing Rittenhouse, Unicep as l call him pulled a loaded glock pistol from his waist band and watched that mob attack Kyle twice from behind. Attacks to which Rittenhouse did not retaliate. Weird thing for a mass or active shooter to do don't you think? Then he watched as Rittenhouse was kicked full in the face after he had fallen over. He watched as Huber bashed Rittenhouse for the second time from behind and grab the barrel of the rifle, at which point Rittenhouse defended himself. Then he threw his hands up in a fake surrender. Rittenhouse looked away from Unicep and Unicep tried to shoot Rittenhouse in the head. The only thing that stopped him from pulling the trigger on that glock pistol was the fact that Rittenhouse had looked up in time to see what was going on before tried to get up. He saw this coward who had had his hands in the air now pointing a pistol at him so he raised the barrel of his rifle and fired once which miraculously hit Uniceps bicep and rendered him incapable of firing. After that Rittenhouse let him go got up and went straight to the nearest cops. None have a genuine claim of self defense.

well I think its not a crazy leap but i think it varies greatly, historically minorities such as black people have received far less leniency than say white people, whether it was with how coke vs crack was treated by the law in the 80s to even having a bit of weed recently while rapists got less time. and generally hispanics and black people have less income on average so cant afford as good of a good attorney, we all know this to be true. the point for bringing that up is hispanics and black people vote overwhelmingly democratic and they make up a very big chunk of the population. besides that its going to depend on the local judges, prosecutor, and the jury and will vary which part of the country you are in. The guy did barricade himself but had to open his down stairs window to blast his porch with water after the first time they tried lighting his house on fire for NO REASON. They tried again but everything was too wet so it failed. He went to his second floor and (without pointing it towards the crowd) brandished his firearm as a means to warn them to stop their BS. The crowd called the cops on him (ironically) and instead of arresting any of those the home owner had video of trying to light his house on fire, they arrest the home owner because it was "Safer for the officers to do so" while leaving his family their to fend for themselves. And the Colorado couple had every right to do so (Though probably panicked to all hell) and it fucking worked. Plus if a mob busts through an IRON gate and is walking up to your house, would you let them near when these same groups have lit peoples houses on fire, looted homes and businesses, are prone to violence against others? Its a damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario but the biggest cringe of the whole thing was even though the owners under the castle doctrine had EVERY RIGHT to do what they did under federal and state law, the SOROS funded DA tried every single thing she could (even by illegally fucking with evidence) to put the couple in jail. Only after the Colorado Gov. gave them a pardon did everything finally end.

It’s already happening g. The jury for Floyd’s death found the cop guilty of BOTH voluntary AND involuntary manslaughter. They were supposed to choose one. It can’t be both. But they didn’t care. The handwriting expert said it was clearly forged by the stepmom. The judge expected and open and shut not guilty verdict. The jury came back with guilty. The judge chewed out the jury for convicting a man with zero evidence and gave him the shortest sentence he could. 1 year. They appealed and a year later after release they won and had him sent back for another 14 years. The reasoning was a judge couldn’t give that light of a sentence unless the defendant showed genuine remorse but he maintained tai ed his innocence the whole time. (The sister in law asked him to have a threesome with her and her husband, the defendants brother. He refused. She got ahead of any rumors about their swinger behavior by accusing him of raping his niece when she was young and used the forged journal entry as the evidence. The niece never testified and couldn’t be forced to because of the nature of the crime. Local Minnesota law. We are screwed.

It also feels like he thinks he's saying one thing whrn actually saying something else but also knows what he's saying means something else but it sounds like to him that it means the same thing but in reality he's just perpetuating false prefaces and ideas while thinking he'a doing the opposite. And if he's called out on it "what do you mean? Indoctrination in the schools. They learned that left-wing good right-wing bad. The only teacher I had that was right wing, and only let it slip up once, was my trig teacher in highschool some 20~ years ago. Quite a few of the rest would make a big deal about voting left come election time. The problem with left vs right when it comes to teaching kids, is that it's very simple to make left sound very good, and the ideas of the left ARE good and caring in nature. I lean right, myself. I agree with a lot of topics and talking points destiny has, such as his debate with Shapiro, when schooling was brought up Destiny mentioned poorer areas getting better access to air conditioning and electronics like iPads, and from Destinys perspective it makes complete sense for the government to throw money at things like this, and I agree that it would definitely help at least a little, however it is a bandaid fix as Shapiro highlighted and doesn't solve the underlying issues, and it boils down to Democrats wanting the government to step in more and throw money at things but as Shapiro pointed out later that in order to accomplish that they would have to tax the middle class to death. Personally, I think anyone can see the government is wasteful with our money.. The government is well aware of what we do with our money, and we more or less we fill out a yearly sheet letting them know what we did that they need to consider when it comes to our tax returns, but we never get to see where our money is going, and if we knew where each cent of ours went, we would likely be quite upset. I'm not keen on them taking more money from me, as I don't believe that will solve any issues, and I rather the government be less wasteful and redirect our money that they already get from us into things that truly matter. Many of these types of views won't make direct sense to young people who are still in school or just freshly out of school and have been indoctrinated into a certain mindset, especially when their views make complete sense to them at the surface level, it's like being sold a dream that can never be fulfilled but you want so badly to believe in it. It's not until a bit later in life where they start to question things, when they've been working hard and start seeing their money start to slip through their fingers to the government look around and think things aren't adding up.
