You mean to tell me that the green vase, 3,500, and that beautiful sterling 5 piece set of coffe pots, and 3 other pieces are quoted as being only 1,000, what!!!!!,, it's at least worth, 5,000, for the beauty and condition,

What on earth do you expect? But it's communication in America and it does the job. I'm pedantic myself but this is how language develops. Words like complected originated early 19th century, and life buoy, pronounced booey are a couple of favourites.

And why does the voiceover say something, only for the clip that follows it to say exactly the same thing? It's annoying, and wasteful of the the clip's time.

This recutting of the clip that puts the guest's reaction before the presentation of the item (like putting the cart before the horse) is also annoying. 🙄
