I knew a non-binary former friend like this, he asked me why I had an issue with DL men because he was HIV +. He made it seem like I was wrong or "homophobic" because I felt that a person should disclose their status. I doubt he's lying. I'm gay and I know a lot of men who are okay with their partners being HIV+ because they're on a drug called Prep, which reduces the chance of contracting HIV to like 1%. However, if the person is HIV+ and undetectable they can't transmit the virus to anyone.
