XG and VCHA are Global groups in my opinion, especially XG. It doesn't matter if who manages them. It's like saying groups manage by an American company that gets popular globally is not a global group. Groups out UK and Latin America have had success globally. Who are we to say otherwise what their company labels their groups as. Respect your opinion though.

@@gc_dmnExactly groups can’t debut as global groups. Example when 1D debuted they were an English groups that gained global recognition. Same with other international groups. So it’s baseless to say that any of these groups are global group when their majority audience is asian

Ive - Not known for their choreo. But their discography is amazing. Itzy - Some of their best songs are in their past two albums. People are really missing out Hybe - ALL groups are built to make money for their labels. Lesserafim definitely has weak live vocals, but their songs and choreo are some of the best in all KPop. Part of the problem is it is incredibly difficult to sing well while doing their choreo. They are constantly flexing their core meaning they have no breath. That's bad for any singer, but a disaster for an average singer Babymonster- super talented, but I genuinely don't get "Sheesh". Probably the most cringe chorus I have heard in a LONG time

Cringe? Bro if u find cringe in small things, u should quit kpop. Where's the cringe for boy groups like nct sticker, txt cat n dogs etc
@Syrin238 ай бұрын
@@jisha_uhh Small things? It's the ENTIRE "chorus" of them shrieking "SHeesh". It's not singing, it's not rap, it's literal shrieking. THE CHORUS. Apparently you like shrieking. And saying there are other cringe things in the world of music doesn't make it any less cringe. That's an intellectually immature argument.

Yes i think sheesh isn’t the best song and had a pretty mid chorus that absolutely did not do justice to the girl’s talents

About the 2nd one, if you're going to say that then say that NiziU isn't a J-pop group. It's under JYP, a KOREAN entertainment company. It's promoted as a Japanese group and is fixated in japan, yes globally it isn't as popular as in japan but a lot of koreans (or at least most of the people I socialise with) still like the group. VCHA is a global/american girl group because it's marketed towards english audiences. One of the members is korean too lol, it's not just that they're all american which makes them one.

For the minors one, a lot of non k-pop stans (ie, parents) don't understand how horrible the industry really is. They see a bunch of kids dancing, think "oh, basically kidz bop" and send them off if they aren't strict. That's the main issue lol.

1.i mean creography of haya is not impressive but its better then some companies giving hard chores and then when they can't sing live thier fans give comments like choreo is hard or things like this after all they are singers not dancers and dance shouldn't be an excuse for not singing live ifykyk. 2. itzy for me personally i still like thier songes alot and i dont know why people are saying that they are bad maybe cake and sneakers were not good enough for itzy level but born to be is such a bop thier solos is probably the best solos after jihyo solo in jyp. 3.saying this is wrong but i personally dont see any talante in any hybe group in general and also their concepts doesn't really represent kpop in west they are just giving them eng songes so they get more stream and get popular in west they dont try to be good for korea or represent Korean culture some of them are good vocalists but even their best vocalist is not even in jyp vocalists level so a bit sad for idols themselves but hybe is nothing but trash.

Wait, people are actually complaining about a group overperforming? Isn`t that something to be admired for? A group giving 100 no matter where they`re performing. Or are kpop stans just really used to subpar shows now? Hybe should just really stick to boy groups, honestly. Leaving the girls without proper trainings will just hurt/ruin their voices in the long run, especially if the girls planned to pursue singing career for a long time. Honestly, Kpop industry`s track record with girl groups is appalling - it`s like none of the agencies really know what to do with successful girl groups in their hands. From my understanding, Global group is an accolade a group achieves after it has global success. So just calling and marketing a group, a global group just because the group members are nationally diverse, is kinda misleading. I feel like just marketing them as kpop group and let the people be surprised with the multination members - calling them multination kpop groups would have been better - (because people can see with their eyes) would have left a stronger impression. But then again, in this oversaturated industry, you`ve to do anything you can to stand out, even with the marketing.

Thank you so so much for your parents opinion! Sometimes I feel like I`m the only one who criticize the parents of minor idols. Sometimes I feel like I`m the only one who sees that they are the problem in first place for letting their child sign an inhuman contract. As parents they have to protect their child but in my opinion with "throwing" your child into the kpop industry, you actually do the complete opposite. you don`t protect your child, you destroy it.
