Really good video. I suffered with anxiety all the symptoms you described, thought I was dying, brain tumor etc you name it i thought it. I had flashing in my eyes where couldn't see out the left of my eye. Checking my pulse, stopped sugar, coffee, didnt drink. Couldnt stop constantly focusing on this. Started watching dr joe Dispenza, gregg braden, Bruce lipton. Omg my symptons began to subside after a few weeks of listening to these guys. I started meditating. Stopped fearing coffee, sugar etc as I began to understand about the subconcious mind and how we programme it ourselves and also whats been ptogrammed from we are young. Hope your all good now. Thanks for the video. GRMA a chara

Antoin, thank you so very, very much for telling your story!! Much of what you experienced is my life right now! I have however, developed agoraphobia because of all these symptoms. But, I just came out of hospital and I have been assured that it is anxiety. You have given me hope that I too can be free of anxiety and its many symptoms!! Perhaps I will come back to this video to remind myself time and again that it is only anxiety! Thank you again!!

Thank you for sharing <3 . Anxiety really can be horrible and since it is not talked about people have to go thru some heavy fear feeling alone and scared. It is so tough that you had to go thru all of that, I wish someone would have caught you up at the hospital in the beginning and given you care and therapy after getting to the conclusion that you had severe anxiety.

Almost everything you've said I can relate to. Almost every symptom, inability to concentrate at uni, being played off constantly due to the stigma of anxiety, fear of medication. Thanks for the video, this video is the only one that seems to relate to me significantly, the rest don't seem as extreme or out of the blue.

Thank you for sharing! I have been dealing with extreme anxiety off and on since 2014. I understand how scary this can be. Dizziness/disorientation/derealization is a symptom that automatically sends me into a panic attack because I think I'm going to pass out or lose my memory or die, and ever since I've had my first panic attack I've never been quite the same. Its really hard for other people to understand this unless they have it. Its been a journey for me but really you just have to take a day at a time. I'm not completely better but I do feel I've changed even from 6 months ago. You're going to have your up and down days, but I believe we can and will get better. Just keep up with the routines and treatments that help you personally. A lot of this is a brain game and we have to relearn how to perceive our fear/anxiety sensations. I hope this comment finds you well in December! -Claire

Thank you for posting your experience with anxiety and depression and how you have coped with it. It's definitely not an easy road to follow. I've experienced all of your symptoms, except instead of weight loss I gained a ton of weight from the medications the doctor prescribed. I've been in this battle since 2005. Diagnosed with PTSD and PPPD in 2011. I'm very happy that you have learned how to handle your situation and wish you the very best for a future free of such hardships.

thank You for sharing Your experience in public - very brave of You - extremely enlightening ! I am struggling myself for almost 2 years now with chronic dizziness while trying to approach it with alternative therapies; I am confident to be on a healing process, hence it takes a very long time to see results, whereas at the same time You get the devastating feeling of beeing somehow stuck and cant move forward with Your life & daily routines...

I’m sorry you went through this. You have describe me as if you were in my brain. I to went thru and still do the same exactly thing. Doctors won’t listen to me and some have told me I was a hypochondriac and just blow me off. 4 yrs later I am still dealing with the constant head swaying and some of the symptoms you described. I was on a benzo and have been off for over a year and still deal with the head swaying and boat feeling. This video has help me know what I need to do.
