In this special Mental health Series on our show In Focus, Clinical Psychologist Zaileshia talks about Anxiety, Worry, Fear, Phobia and Tension. She goes on to describe how it varies from one another. Anxiety is a commonly used term these days but to be diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, there are very clear symptoms, She talks about OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder. Zaileshia explains what Panic Attack is like and how it can help people to know the difference between Panic Attacks and Heart Ailments. Zaileshia goes on to explain the treatment plans for various Anxiety related issues.
This series is aimed at mental health awareness and educate people about mental health. It will enable us to help our family members and friends if they need any and also understand the issue better. She also goes on to explain the difference between freeze, fight or flee response we have to any conflict situation.

I was dealing with anxiety last 4years. Without even knowing it was anxiety I was living a terrible life. It was difficult to make others understand how I feel until I reached my therapist . 😢 Medications and therapy is getting me back to life....😊 Im sure people who deals with all these in their daily lives will definitely benefit from this😊 Life can be beautiful folks😊😊

My mother in law is OCD..she was not at all satisfied with my work 😢 dishwashing or washing clothes or cleaning room etc..ente ammo.. very difficult to sustain ..🥴

Last time when you had a conference session with 4 of them, I have even shared that in my Instagram. Actually I understand that my fibromyalgia might be due to my anxiety. I used to visit my friend who is a psychologist actually. It's my area of interest. Being mentally fit
