THIS IS NOT A BODY PROBLEM
It is 100% true that you feel anxiety physically, in your body. But that doesn't make your anxiety disorder a body problem. If you've been spending years trying to micro-manage your body to make the anxiety go away, and you're frustrated because it never really works consistently, then you know what I'm saying.
