I just started having tingling in the bottom of my feet. Going to get a food massage soon. Used to have pins and needles in my thigh but they finally went away! I’m not trying to worry about anything anymore. But I did have fatigue and it’s most likely related to my sleep apnea, so I’m getting that checked out again. Plus, taking a vacation can relieve my fatigue too. I am trying to cure all chronic hyperstimulation. Resting my mental body is super important!

I know that this is something I’m experiencing bc I’m in my healing journey, going through therapy etc.. and I feel like I’m getting stronger and better but it is a process. When ur healing and growing u begin to notice so many things brought on by the disorder for example with me I find my self moving 90% of the day, where small or large movements. Just in general my nervous system is so amped and ramped lol. It’s helpful to know that we can overome this … I’m praying for everyone on this journey! Thanks Dennis for ur wisdom and transparency ❤

Denis. First, thank you. Not sure how old this video is but you seem much healthier and happier. My life has been constant action, some by fate some by my own personality. Iranian revolution, Iran-Iraq war, moving to Germany at 14 all by myself, 7 years German middle and high school , immigration to U.S., clothing company (7 years), UCLA, law school, Aviation Maintenance School, Lockheed, Boeing, SpaceX. Just locations alone, Iran, Germany, Los Angeles, Atlanta, San Antonio Texas, Charleston SC. I feel like no one else on this planet has been through so much or has accomplished this much, and has been lonely this much. So it’s no surprise I had anxiety starting at 40, and every few years it would come back worst and worse. My sister’s sudden passing in Germany in 2011 didn’t help either. So I write this because you really have saved my life. By grace of god I came up to one of your videos “mediation for heath” and your voice calmed me down. I could relate to it. My condition was so bad in thought I couldn’t function anymore, I couldn’t even look at a phone or computer, I couldn’t be in a car without shaking. That was a year ago, I quit aerospace and started a driving school business. Yes, very stressful business but I think it was my destiny. I’m trying to not go back to that crazy life. So again your video is SPOT ON. And I 100000% agree with EMF. When I was totally dysfunctional my mom-who is 80- said to remove all digital things from my room. Even though I wasn’t using them, removing them had a calming effect on me. I’m a technical educated guy and when “scientists” say emf doesn’t have an effect I completely disagree. I am also very critical of scientists anyways. I worked at SpaceX and many scientists and physicists and mathematicians are on record saying landing a rocket is impossible. We landed rockets… one after another. So I wouldn’t be so shy about telling the truth. EMF do interfere with our brains, so do blue lights and many other things. Screw doctors and psychologists and scientists. You make more scene than all of them combined. My brother is an anesthesiologist and his muscles twitch and constantly angry. So anyways… just wanted to thank you. My business is growing very fast and I will listen to you and put a brake on it. TheHillsDriving.com

I must say that my confusion remains regarding hyperstimulation and exercise. I’ve been reading from multiple sources that we should train vigorously when under hyperstimulation to help burn excess adrenaline off. I’ve been running and although my stamina has shot up I am still sensitized. I feel like I’m “plugged in” as you say. One thing I haven’t tried though is resting! 😂 So I guess that’s next on the list…or at least going a lot lighter. Regarding the EMFs, I’ve recently thought about that as I wear a smart watch daily but if I’m still being triggered by intrusive thoughts I guess I should look at those first before I blame the watch 😂 Thanks Dennis great video.

I had a GREAT day today. I was fine! Ran errands, had lunch with hubby, we laughed, we watched movies and I cooked dinner for the kids. Amazing day!! Than while watching a movie, BAM! A sharp pain on my left temple. I’m like, wait, what was that? I don’t have a headache so I immediately started massaging my temple and than the over thinking began but I’m keeping myself calm, took a nap so I won’t feel it again but woke up from a nap feeling it on both temples now. Again. I’m not jumping up and down, I’m still calm but like what’s going on!? I got up and felt dizzy and my both feels tingly, my toes and fingers. Usually this would put me in panic mode but I’m controlling that part. Currently laying in bed trying to get this to pass. 😢 I hate that I go thru this.

I would also suggest people with ongoing anxiety with no real external.cause look into BVD. Binocular Vision Dysfunction. It is essentially your eyes misaligned horizontally or vertically. It causes so much stress on your brain and ocular nerves resulting in your subconscious mind sending alert signals. Vertigo, migraines, anxiety, burn out, overstimulated in shops/crowds, social anxiety are all symptoms of BVD plus so many more. A Neuro optician can diagnose and prescribe prism glasses. Resources and an online questionnaire can be found on KZbin channels talking about this. Best wishes and I hope this helps someone - it has helped me immensely.

I am so grateful for stumbling upon your channel, you have brought me so much peace of mind and have taught me new tricks to calm my mind and accept the symptoms for what they are. I can't thank you enough for your channel and your calm demeanor. Here is my anxiety story! I've always had general anxiety all my life, you know like being shy and nervous to talk to new people, talk in front of a group of people, sudden life changes, etc...nothing like debilitating though. I've never been concerned about my health as I'm a generally healthy person and I rarely ever go to the doctor, unless I'm like, dying. After I got sick with covid 2 years ago right at Christmas, my anxiety absolutely skyrocketed for no reason. No I wasn't scared of the virus, it wasn't any different for me than a bad cold/sore throat. I honestly 100% think covid affects your brain chemistry. One day after being sick for a week and a half but starting to recover, I just woke up with this impending doom, something is wrong feeling, for NO REASON. It scared me to death and I couldn't get away from it or control it. I had multiple panic attacks thinking I was dying or something. NEVER EVER had those thoughts or feelings before. I dealt with this feeling for months on and off, during that summer it gave me heart palpitations and PVC's for 3 days straight out of nowhere. You want to talk about fear...I thought I had a heart condition because even though I have had them before periodically, I've never had them happen consecutively ever like that. I got checked out by the cardiologist, they put a 24 hr heart monitor on me and captured many heart palpitations and told me they look perfectly normal and not to worry. EKG came back perfect, bloodwork came back perfect, blood pressure is perfect...no reason for me to be having these symptoms other than anxiety, and being overweight. So whenever I would have even just one PVC, I would immediately go into panic attack. They slowed down a lot over the last year but I still periodically get a couple, sometimes its just one, sometimes its a few in a row. They still scare me because they're so uncomfortable feeling. My symptoms have recently been changing the last couple months. I now get more muscle twitches all over my body, including my face, mouth and tongue when I'm laying in bed trying to fall asleep. I also sometimes get tingling down my arms to my fingers. I get that whole body buzzing feeling too. But none of these symptoms are constant, its just sometimes. I even had 3 days of thinking my tongue was swollen and it felt alien to my mouth, it was the weirdest thing, its fine now. So I started thinking brain cancer, MS or ALS of course because its always the worst case scenario. Now, I have had mild scoliosis all my life, so muscle twitching is not uncommon for me at all. But I hyper focus on every little symptom now, thinking its a new thing. I'm now a hypochondriac. I finally started taking 50mg of Zoloft and it has helped me so much only taking it for 3 weeks now. I've always hated taking pills for anything unless I have to, so I never tried anything like that ever before. I feel so much calmer and if I do get a symptom, my anxiety doesn't jump to a 10, its more of a 5 or 6 if that. I'm working on telling myself that its just anxiety, I am perfectly healthy and its just my mind playing tricks on me and I have the choice to just let go of the fear and experience the symptom and try to ignore it. I'm slowly getting better and dealing with it in a better way. If anyone else has experienced symptoms like these, comment below and tell me your story!

Hi! Thanks for sharing your story. I’m going through the same kind of symptoms. Buzzing all over the body, pins and needles, weak burning muscles, and it’s really driving me into a hole. You mentioned taking Zoloft. Did this help all the sensations like the buzzing go away? My dr prescribed it to me but I keep putting a hold on it, but I think I may have no choice at this point to feel better. How long were you on it for and if you stopped were the feelings completely gone once you stopped! Thanks for all your help!!

You are helping me understand what anxiety is and what to do. So complex. So much to figure out! So much to work on. So many layers to peel back. I don't think I'll ever peel all the onion. That is a feeling that it's too much and why bother I'll never get to the core. The journey doesn't end. It feels like a struggle that won't ever end. There is always something that won't be right. Yea it's me....

In truth, it’s not so complicated. Bring safety back into your life in the present and from past experiences (through reframing) and the brain will rewire itself.

Block your time. Make it non-negotiable for yourself to actually show up.Even if it's just for one hour a day, you're getting yourself to go and do something. You start to build an emotional muscle of following through on what you said that you would, and that starts to build self-esteem.

This vid is so me. I dont feel as though I deserve to be okay. Seems as though without thinking it, that any good for me is going to involve suffering as well. I didnt realize til last year that i was abused as a child. It was all mental but nonetheless. Today I suffer from medical anxiety and ocd. Have done so for years but never knew the label for it. My counselor is trying to help me get to the root of it all from my early childhood. Praying for peace one day. My palpitations recurr from time to time but have been having them a bit more as of late. I wake in the morning waiting on them. Just to break this vicious cycle. Luckily I go to my primary care in a couple weeks. Hopefully she can help me with the palpitations so i can relax and focus on my mental healing. Thanks for all you do brother 👊🏻

Hi Dennis Ive been going thru it for years already.. starting 2021 it go worse thats when all my physical symptoms started to appear, I had every single symptom I felt like I was going crazy, I visited numerous doctors had lots of test done and every single time all of them came perfect! Nothing was wrong it was my anxiety. I’ve been watching your videos for 6 months already and they have been helping tremendously thank u.One thing I’ve noticed is that when I over exercise, my anxiety and pains get worse after im done, I dnt sleep because im thinking that I’m going to be sore and that everything’s going to hurt for following days. I definately can over do it anymore like I used to years ago and it makes me really sad. The more I think about thing that worse things get, talking to myself and telling myself everything will be fine helps a lot and meditation. Thank you Dennis 7:46

Dennis, I got to a place where I have broken a lot of negative patterns and I feel the progress each day. Thanks for your guidance. The part where you talk about doership speaks to me because now I know how the ego mind works. Any suggestions for someone who is in his 20s and has suffered from anxiety for a long time in the past?

Yes, choose to no longer be led by the ego minds directives, deep relaxation, and use my reframing video to clear any feelings that are still present from the past.
