Mam i am suffering from anxiety when I speak with another person I stuck and panic then I stress on my voice I feel like something stuck in my center of food pipe and don't speak how to control it

Truthfully speaking, The instant cure for anxiety is to understand the fact that there are infinite amount of possible outcomes in this universe and our brain only thinks of a handful . A bad outcome can become the means of a good outcome in the future. Just like that a good outcome can become the means of a bad outcome. For example, you lost your job (bad thing). But then you got a new job which is better ( bad thing led to a good outcome.) It's an endless cycle. So just go with the flow and don't think about it . 😄 Goodluck.

@@rgjatt Drink a glass of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning and an hour before lunch and dinner. Eat early and less at night. Avoid oily, spicy food and reduce processed snacks. Only if prescribed you can take a mild laxative. If you are from India Softovik without sugar is an effective ayurvedic laxative without any side efects. On certain days having half a glass of lemon water in the morning is very effective. In general a total of 7 glasses of water is adequate. Most important avoid any form of stress or overthinking. Do the practice which I have mentioned in my msg. Best wishes. S r. Counsellor.

Very nice video. Offering a suggestion to calm the mind. To feel better reduce negative thoughts. Your breath and mind [brain] are closely related causing stress-anxiety. For a better life sit on a chair, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. Change happens from within by itself. Day or night, when taking a walk, sitting in a park, when reading, at office, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce watching negative social media. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes. Senior Counsellor.

sir meri halat aise ho chuki ha k mai apni family k samny baat nhi kr pata aur ...khana nhi kha pata ..muje anxiety attack ane lgh jata ha ..like over sweating, blushing face, very high heart palpitations, aur boht hi severe condition ho jati ha meri.... please help me.... otherwise may i take any step to harm myself 😭😭😭😭😭

Mam mai pichle 8-9 salo se isse pidit hu,... ha ek jaisi condition nhi thi kabhi koi symptoms effective ho jata to kabhi koi aur matlab ek se dusre form me convert hoti rahti thi,.. per ab pichhle 2 se 3 salon se hard breathing aur emotion se Judi pareshani se pidit hu ...mam ab to aise lagta hai ki pahal ho jaunga qki ab self cantrol nhi ho pata aur isse meri sabhi kamo me dikkat aane lgi hai hm kha aur kise dikhaye ise please 🙏 help me

Ma'am mai thermometer use krta hu to usme normal temp... Mujhe baaki symptoms toh baaki anxiety ke jaise hi the...Par phir ek din gale me khana atak raha tha.... Baar baar observe kar kar k main swallow karna bhool gya..... Aur phir mere dimaag me ye baith gya ki main reflex action b control kar skta hun... Phir mera bura mann wahi karne lag padha.... Aur ab mujhe lagta hai ki mujhe aaj tak jo b bimari hui wo sab ek vehm tha... Aur mujhe ab sab kuch hi veham lag raha hai..... Ab main jis baare me soch raha hun wahi ho raha hai.... Jaise ki mujhe lag raha tha ki mujhe neend nahin aayegi .... 9 10 dino se sach me nahin aayi...... Bas negative thoughts ruk hi nahin rahe...... Aisa lag raha hai ki mera dimaag mere khilaaf chal raha hai..... Mera kisi b baat pe dhyan nahin jaa raha... Sirf dimaag me wahi baitha hua hai...... Mujhe pta hai ab main bachne wala nahin hoon... 9 10 dino se depression me hoon...... Plz help me

Mem,mera GERD ka pblm hai. isliye khana khane ko dar lagta he,dimag me negative soch ate rahte hai, avi me bht weak ho gaya hu. Har sij me dout hota hai. Last day me medical me weakness ke baje se admit tha,lekin mera sob report normal tha. Kya ye anxiety ho sakta he.

I m 18 now i m almost suffering from... 15 I was very ill... At 15 I was in hospital for months .but nothing happened...i stopped eating food that time I felt like I will die my condition situation was worst....my mom stood very strong for me.... Now i m fine a little bit but now at 18 something panic attack cause me trouble everytime.... I feel like i will grow mad n i will die for no reason I get fear..... N think about who will take care of my parents after I die who will take care of her.....🥲this panic disorder is very worst. who ever r suffering from this... Hope they all get healed........ N i can't even say mom m suffering from this... Coz I don't wana give trouble to her anymore........... May God heel u as soon as possible brother...💜

Elbin, Heal yourself. Reduce negative thoughts. Its quite simple. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts and anxiety For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Deep inhalation-exhalation is not needed. Whenever you are free during the day or night before sleep sit or lie down, be still and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. Make the above practice a permanent habit to have a good life. Best wishes and prayers. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.
