Aloha Anne! I'm not sure what would be available in the UK so do check with your local pharmacy for a well rounded probiotic. Thanks for listening :)

I have a panic attack today. How can i get rid of it
@anxietycoachespodcast5 ай бұрын
Aloha! You will find we have to ride out any stress hormones (that cause us to get to panic states) versus get rid of them. You can keep yourself from adding more fuel to the panic fire and come through it more easily by letting yourself breath in a deeper and slower way. Please keep listening we have so much help for you in the episodes!

What do you do when the feeling doesn't pass but gets worse over a period of more than an hour?
@anxietycoachespodcast3 жыл бұрын
It always passes. It does get worse when we add more and more fuel to the fire which can happen unconsciously. Being afraid of the the feelings is the most common fuel we add keeping the stress and fear cycle going. So what do you do? You learn to not fear the fear. You learn to ride the sensations and feedings and to breathe in a way the sends the message of safety to the brain
