I see some of the comments are criticizing the speech for being un-original, cliche etc etc. Just FYI, a motivational speech doesn't have to reinvent the wheel, it just needs to motivate. Half of a good speech isn't even the words itself, it's how its delivered. A great speaker could talk for half an hour about the benefits of paper shopping bags over plastic ones and at the end people will be so psyched up, they'll go to the nearest supermarket and burn effigies of the managers until they switch. So don't read too much into the words, try to see the results. There are over a million views, almost four thousand likes and less than a hundred dislikes. Clearly most people who view it, find it inspirational. In other words, job well done.
