When i was like 12 i was running the sprinting distances in the track and field competitions. I almost every time came in the middle, and was only improving very slow. Still I had a dream that was capable of winning the Swedish Championships when I was older. The indoor season when I was 14 it came a new sort of championship and I really wanted to go to it, but it was really tough qualification times. I started to train with the older guys and with a new coach. Every damn training i was working hard to achieve something in track and field. After a year my coach told me he believed i was capable of breaking the time for the 1000m indoors. After one month i made it. It didn´t go that well at the champs, but I was proud. The summer season same year i made the qualification again on the 800m. In the middle of the summer I switched coach again, to a running coach. After 12 weeks with him it was the champs. I had worked a bit more focused on the running and i made a super race and just took the sixth place and got a medal. It was such a performance, what a growth. The Indoor this years didn´t go well, but i came back this summer. This summer it was the Swedish Youth Championships and I came seventh. Now my dream to win the whole Swedish Championships is near, and i´m going to achieve it.

+Carl Malmstroem - Good on you !If you suceed, then that is good. If you do not succeed, then you will learn great lessons. You have built character. You have found greatness in yourself. And that character will help you in other areas of life. It is not the end of the world, if you do not become an athletics success. There might be other areas where you might excel, also. But the effort, the joy of applying onself might make you a great student, or specialist in the workforce, later. Because, you will have grown. You will find truth in your heart. To be a man is to make a good, proper determined effort. To learn from the results. To know yourself. And not just in one area. But in several areas. There are greater things in life than watching television [programming], wasting your life on mind numbing substances or experiences. Or listening to sarcastic people, and allowing them to influence you. No. It is better to only let positive people influence you. True achievers. That is will inspire greatness. Rashana Davis yeah i loved playing football and i love watching football and its just horrible when you get kicked to your knees, and then kicked to your stomach, and there is not too many things worse than when a team just keeps kicking from there on. but facing the giants was easily the best football movie ever made. these players lost almost all of their love toward actually winning football games, the coach couldn't get his wife pregnant, his own assistant coaches early on didn't have faith in him and the board even wanted to replace him. but he just kept praising god in victory and in defeat every game and he never lost his faith in what he was doing he just kept being persistent.and then he helped his player apologize to his dad, he got a new truck, he got his wife pregnant (which in this case is a remarkable thing), and he showed his players they were winners all along. sometimes we address a problem or issue from the wrong angles and this movie shows how a coach changed his angle just a bit and how much more of a difference it made. the movie was a great underdog story and like i said just easily the best football movie ever made. and if you weren't talking about the clip of brock kelly from facing the giants then i apologize and recommend the movie to everyone who reads this because you wont regret watching it.

He took my hand and let the tears flow down his eyes and said: Son, I wont live any longer, but promise me that you will make something out of your life, and do the things I told you. He was soldier and he was dieing from tetanus becouse he took bullet into his stomach. He said I dont need to go to army when I grow up. He just said he would be proud of me if I just do something in my life what I can feed my family with. I said my dad that I rpomise I will do that then he took my head and kissed me in forehead. 2 hours later he died. This motivating video just inspired me to not quit from what Im doing.

I would play outside with my friends as a kid and have to go inside after only a few minutes because my asthma limited me. When I was 10, I was sick of it so I decided it wouldn't stop me from doing shit anymore, so I practiced running over and over until asthma had no rule in my athleticism. Now I'm a right guard in basketball for varsity and a starting defensive end for varsity. I have scouts up my ass, and I'm a 4.0 GPA Student not too mention. I was told by my own father at the age of 19 that I would not ever amount to anything, due to failing my last year of high school. That I was a waste of space, and I couldn't get my high school diploma. I proved him wrong by moving in with my grandma, aunt, and cousin and graduating high school from the same high school that he had graduated from two years later. I was thankful and blessed to have my grandma, aunt, and cousin in my life, and know that they cared and love me enough to take me in and give me the love, care, support, and guidance to encourage me to not give up against how my father made me feel and believe about myself. Thanks to their encouragement, love, and support I continued my education and was able to take a certified nurses aide course while I was in high school as well, and received my certified nurses aide certificate and started working in a nursing home assisting others with everyday living. It's amazing how God works things in our life's when we least expect it.

Motivation videos isn't just for jobs, it's for a lifestyle and for me I've been motivated to quit drinking. Hardest battle I've ever fought but so far 2 and half months sober and loving life. If I can do it then you can do it too! Just push yourself and your determination will reward you with things you couldn't possibly dream of!!!

Sometimes I wish I had a coach like this guys but then I realize that I do have them all around me. Sometimes those coaches come in the form of a little brother/sister looking up to me, a friend who is rooting for you and supports you on the dumbest dreams you have. Hope everyone gets touched by this videos and make a change in their life like I did and continue doing. DON'T QUIT!!!!!!!
