Great monitor but I'm using a 540hz 1080p monitor yeah I know 1080p is trash compared to the 4k but 540hz smoothness is unbelievable. I'm pretty sure 500fps is easily achievable at 4k in competitive fps games 500hz 4k OLED would be a dope monitor.

Would you be able to try the daisy chain feature in a KVM setup? I'm interested because I'll be using dual monitors for two systems, which for work is a laptop, thus wondering if USB-C from laptop to Monitor 1 that is daisy chained to Monitor 2 will still have display and keyboard/mouse output (keyboard/mouse attached to 1). Thanks!

Specific question: Settings > Gaming > Display mode. How is the pixel scaling? Is it blurry for example playing at 1440p at 27“? The pixel math aint mathing for me.. can you choose a resolution where the used pixels at 27“ match up with the resolution you choose?

I haven’t tested it out but with the pixel density being higher at 4K 32 inches than 2K 27inches it should scale just fine.

How would compare this between to the asus pg32ucdm 4k 240hz qd Oled. I’ve been debating between these two. I’m favoring the asus because I’m a total tech member at Best Buy which the asus and lg are sold there so if something happens I don’t go through an RMA process I just literally get a new one or get my money back.

@ yeah the only reason I’m considering the Aorus is because of dp 2.1 otherwise they are very similar. Just Best Buy is easier and has a better warranty.

I had them both and I returned ucdm immediately,because gigabyte has way better picture quality and software and picture settings.on ucdm you can’t do any picture settings when you play games in hdr ,all the settings for picture gets greyed out and you can’t do nothing about.So to me ucdm is thrash.

What are your color settings for Destiny 2? I can't seem to fine tune my HDR settings well enough to not have the brights be washed out.

Make sure your firmware is up to date. I have whites at 1000 and mids at 30 if I remember correctly

Very close but I like the Aorus better for better presents/calibration and more extras that the Alienware doesn’t have like speakers and the dp 2.1 port

Running a 4K monitor at 1440P will looks worse than running 1440P on a 1440P monitor.

firmware is very buggy.. need to update to F05 firmware to fix HDR1000 issue and daisy chaining issue.. even then i still struggle with the KVM switch
