Here is my timeframe: 26 Feb, 2024 - Applied for the green card 1 Mar 2024 - Receipt date 18 Mar 2024 - Biometric 3 Apr 2024 - Second time biometric 8 Jan 2025 - Got approved notice

Hi Bryan! I have question. Regarding filing our Adjustment of Status application. According to the USCIS website since I’m from Hawaii the correct address is to the Arizona PO box? Under their chart this is family based forms of I-485 and I-864. This is in regards to K1 and K2 admission to United States. I’m a bit confused to where getting mix information on the internet.

For example, I ha graduated studies in my country and want to revalidated my studies here in the US, can I apply for financial aid assistance? Can I take adult English classes, that are offered at my local community college free of charge?

@@kamisaraki04 unfortunately. It’s hard to get financial aid and to get college of free of charge. In America. You have. To pay the fees and what it cost to get to classes or to apply for FA help. Sorry.

@@meenavaj89 it shouldn’t be a problem. As long as it’s written and that it covers what you’re submitting to the AOS. And as long as your forms are signed and dated. That’s the most important thing.

@@michaelserrano196 it all depends on the USCIS officer that’s handling your case. It could take between 6 to 10 months but it all depends on how fast they can work on it. .
