Hi, I'm from Italy In Italy we usually use pork cheek Then we mix egg with pecorino cheese and pepper Then we boil water with salt for pasta and after about 10 minutes we drain the pasta in a colander Then we mix the pasta with the egg, pecorino cheese, pepper and pork cheek with a bit water to mix better, then we eat 😁 anyway your spaghetti seems very good おいしい🤩

We all know that but can't be bothered cos it's time consuming. One pan recipes are easy and much less hustle.
