Caroline, for the requirements what are they asking for? 2.5x or 3x rent? Also is there any elevator since there’s 4 floors?

Oh yes thank you, I completely forgot to add that. You have to make 2.5 the rent and only some of the building have elevators, mainly the 1bd 1bath has it. ☺

They put it as a H.O.A but its really a 'resort' fee

The apartment is not in the area I need to rent in. However, I think that I would not rent there just for that.
