Thanks for your videos, if OWD is private and a manager is above a sales rep in role hierarchy but does not have Edit permission on the account object, this would mean the manager can only see the sales rep accounts. Manager would need the object permission to edit, delete . Neither the role hierarchy or OWD will affect the manager ability.

I have a question, when creating the permission set for the invoice object in the mini project, why did u edit the sales profile and added the manager as the finance profile. Then u assigned the permission set to finance. We could have directly assigned the permission set to the finance. Why add manager??
