the job market is really not what it was compared to just a year or two ago... much more difficult to get that first SF job especially if new to SF ecosystem

@@apexhours That is what I see as an applicant. Jr admin in particular barely has job openings and even then the requirements are significantly higher than they were 5 years ago.

Salesforce Admin, Functional Consultant, BA, Management, DevOps too many options in Salesforce Echo System for non-coder.

Learn coding, as most of the entry jobs are for developers and jobs for other profiles are less compared to developers,so my suggestion would be to learn coding.

Don't get me wrong sir but the Job Market is pretty much collapsed. In long term this is not a good prospect for future.

just look into how many companies and large corporations across all economic sectors use Salesforce and build their technological infrastructure around it. That is a huge market to stay in and grow.
