Your videos got me outside. I have discovered so many herbal “weeds” in our area. I even found 4 mullein plants in a ditch. Today I found 3 dewberry plants on the side of my mom’s driveway. Thank you for putting so much information out there for us to learn.

I’m excited to grow lots of different medicinal herbs this year! I can’t wait to harvest my own! I have a whole area of the back yard I plan to use! And some in the front yard……maybe the side yard too! The new area for your apiary is going to be fabulous! The girls are going to love it! Thank you for all your videos! It’s been raining here in central VA, west of Richmond for so long I don’t think the ground will ever stop being mushy and swampy!❤❤❤

Good luck with the relocation. Keep in mind, if it is not far, they will return to their old location. It is recommended to add branches or something large in front of the entrance to encourage them to reorient. Or some move them in small increments. I hope it goes well for you!
@TheHoneystead6 ай бұрын
Thank you! I have had great success when keeping them locked up for a few days! They will reorient themselves once opened:)

I have been waiting to see what and how the bees are doing.😁I like honey bee related projects.👍Just remember extra hive-tool hooks.🥳Bee Season is right around the corner. You could plant you a line of Elderberries among others along your fence as a living wind break.

Hi Kaylee, you are a great inspiration for me to start gardening and learn about medicinal plants and herbs, I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Disorder and some of the symptoms of fibromyalgia are depression, brain fog, widespread muscle pain 24/7, insomnia and anxiety along with other symptoms. I was wondering if you could come up with some of your medicinal plants mix for some relief for anyone who suffers from Fibromyalgia. I would love for some suggestions, if is not possible I would understand. Thank you so much for your knowledgeable guidance on medicinal plants and herbs and how to grow them and use them, you are an amazing person and an inspiration for many of us 🙏🏼☺️

This is going to be a puzzle, but I believe you can do this! Start with the food! Look at food that contribute to your diagnosis. There are herbs that will offer support, but they are a part to the puzzle. Lifestyle, exercise, environment, habits all contribute as well, but start with what you are fueling your body with!

I love your videos! I'm a new herbalist, I just finished a program at Trinity School of Natural Health! I would love to connect with you because I literally have no one that is into this with me lol it's so excited and amazing. I plan on launching my herbal business in the fall and starting my first garden this year. It's scary but exciting. Thanks for sharing all that you do. I recently found your page and love your content. I want to make videos eventually but I feel it's way over my head right now lol I'd love to hear back from you! 😊
The electric should be around Bear nose height, not on top. Their nose is the most susceptible to shock.

I've actually had better luck with it on top ;)

This will also be fully fenced in so if a beer tries, they will have to be standing and their nose will hit the electric. My current apiary has the same and I found by adding tow strands of electric on top keeps them from coming in!

It’s been a while since I hollered at ya from Prince George. You completely lost me with all the herbal stuff you do . I’ll stick to beekeeping. LoL! Sadly I lost ten hives since last fall . My health and finances went south. I do have two large hives that are doing well . I’ve already added one super of drawn comb on each .
