I’m a thyroid cancer survivor! Love how you talked about reducing stress over food. I think adding food in the beginning is a good method rather than taking away food. Such as adding a green smoothie every day to your day but still eat what you always did until you are able to change that part of your diet. Kudos!!! 💜
