James himself didn't plagiarize them but he hired someone to write all his movie reviews and that person plagiarized them. Really James doesn't do anything but read a script from a teleprompter, that's all. He doesn't write the scripts, he doesn't play the games, he's basically just checked out. There's definitely more to it like him not paying his friends and they want nothing to do with him anymore (ever wonder where Guitar guy went ?). Mike Matei helped write a bunch of old episodes and was never credited with anything more than "help." Even the current "Showrunner" Kieran just quit cause he was being f**ked over by Screenwave (not James specifically). Really James is checked out, AVGN is just a brand, the episodes exist for ad revenue. It's sad to see really.

You could just put the tequila in a pan and light it on fire to get the alcohol taste cooked out. Just let it burn until the fire goes out and add the syrup to the sausage mix,it might save the lime flavor from being cooked out.

I CAN HELP YOU WITH THE INDUCTION PAN. oil works A LOT better than water in transfering heat. water boils on 100 degrees celsius, so the water wont go any hotter. if you use oils instead u can transfer much more heat to the pan than water

one thing ive found in my own experimenting is that with liquids like this if you marinate the chopped (but not yet ground) meat in the liquid for a few hours or overnight if you can then it actually seems to come out pretty good! (i did it with an apple cinnamon tea and it came out amazing!)

make sure to put the rind of citrus fruits into mixes if you want that flavour! the oils hold all the flavour, and the rind has way more oil (flavour) than the juice. you can also use the juice in the mix in place of another fluid, eg if the recipe calls for a volume of water
