To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Ordinary Sausage. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Mr. Sausage's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Ordinary Sausage truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Mr. Sausage's existential catchphrase "Let's Sausage!" which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Mrs. Sausage's genius wit unfolds itself on their computer screens. What fools.. how I pity them. 😂 And yes, by the way, i DO have an Ordinary Sausage tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid 😎

What's the deal with the casing? Been consistently crisp resistant, maybe not enough holes for liquid to escape? Also, if you try draining your pan of all the excess liquid half way through cooking then crispy skin might be more attainable.

I used to work in a Seafood and meat department comb, and I know why it didnt work; OS didn't use anything to soak the juice up, so it more or less steamed the sausage from the inside out. OS if you want to do this sometime down the road, you need to mince the oyster more, drain it as much as you can before grinding, and add something like breadcrumbs to the grinder mix to soak up any residual juices. Also, the person who cleaned that sausage casing should be fired, they scraped wayy too much lining away.

Okay, I've had enough of the casing not crisping up ruining these sausages. You really need to fix this. I was thinking maybe a little corn starch would have thickened up the mix so the casing could properly crisp up in the heat. It's definitely the internal moisture that is ruining these sausages.
