Thank you so much for this! One note: I know this is an older video, but if you talk about p53 inhibition of Bcl2 anti-apoptotic factors, i think you should mention PUMA. It's a big enough protein that it's really important for understanding how p53 leads to apoptosis

Bax itself doesnt create hole in mitochondria unless it is associated by Bak protein that present in cytosol to produce BH-123 aggregated channel & now through this channel cyt-C can extrude out ...
