I don't mind at all Ansa. I welcome questions regarding weight loss/skin care/health care, whatever I can do to help my viewers. I had put on a lot of weight after my 2nd baby, at that time I didn't know any weight loss techniques. I did a lot of research and within 3 months I began losing a lot of weight and I started receiving a lot of compliments regarding my improvement. I developed good habits and didn't change them, it's been more than a year now that I haven't gained any weight but I actually have been losing weight. I hope that answers yours question, if you have any more questions then please let me know :)
