His wife is 31 and he feels it’s time to trade in for a younger woman? I don’t think it’s the looks that makes him like younger women, I think it’s because they tend to be a little more insecure, a little more unsure of what they want. However, around 30, we usually stop caring a little less about others opinions, start valuing our time and energy a little more and usually make better choices. So if you are a bad choice as a person, or course women becoming older and wiser is scary 😂
@Lisa_The_Norwegian2 жыл бұрын
Also, Zach was married before, had a kid, his kid is old enough to marry, so even if every one got married at 18, he would be 36, but he is likely older. So being 40-50 and picking up 20year olds, is going to get harder. Zach better be hot as hell or loaded to have this attitude. Zach doesn't realize yet that he will soon not find very many young 21 year old women attracted to him. He is such a narcissist that he didn't find anything wrong with cheating on his wife then adding another layer also cheating with his son's fiance. Men like him are always shocked when they get caught because they think they are to smart for that to happen. My late father was an abusive narcissist. He got away with saying mean things because he was good looking...when he was young. He would act like he was joking in front of other people. As he aged, and his looks changed, he was no longer good looking. He was quite vain about his looks and felt he looked so young. It seemed almost overnight when his outside changed to look like his insides. When that happened, people who fawned over him saw him for what he really was (not all but most). He died alone because his actions made his family all leave him. He lost his wife and four children. He never even met my sister's daughter. People like them don't learn how to be a kind human and usually don't know why people suddenly abandons them. They don't take responsibility and blame other people. They often get their comeuppance when their looks are gone. My father actually apologized to my mother. It was shocking. He realized that he listened to the lies of one of my siblings, who has been an addict since before he was a teen's lies, but the fact was he wanted to believe them because he liked treating her badly. My mother was gracious towards him. She moved on and found a good man.

I expected the dad was fucking the fiance when George was talking about stuff to OP. Though I kind of expected everything to fall apart at the wedding like the other story about the husband ending things when his kid was getting married but with the stepkid on the mom's side this time. Either way glad George cares about his stepmom & hope he finds love again too. I can't believe Zack acts like George would still consider him his dad & act like he cares about being in George's life when he's brushing off the fact he slept with his son's fiance & was going to continue the relationship. He only regretted it when he learned his son found out, was planning to cut him off & the fiance kicked him out over this. Wonder how his life is going besides no longer able to be a womanizer due to debt? Probably lonely since his son abandoned him & he doesn't have his wife to care for him anymore, wouldn't be surprised if others stopped associating with him due to this. I wonder how the fiance is doing? Probably wishes George was still with her, if she's lucky they were only in the planning stages(I forgot if they were getting married soon) & not the marrying stages cause I'm pretty sure she would get the bill over the cancelled wedding. Her friends are probably also angry at her for cheating, possibly even disgusted if George told them what happened in the conversation his mom had.(The part about the two moving in after the wedding & likely continuing the affair behind George's back) Maybe she'll be nervous about posting anything thanks to knowing from the texts she was shown that her posting lead to their down fall.

Alimony automatically end when the recipient gets remarried. This is standard practice and widely known.

Being 31 isn't old. I wonder how old he is. He has to be at least 10 years older than he is. He can't just give her a few hours to get out of the house. Divorce isn't finalized in one day. Take him to court and sue him and his mistress for lots of money. I'm sure that he's already cheating on her.

Alimony stops when the wife remarries unless it's in the rears then only that amount is paid

That's probably what's happening here.

She was 21 when they married. They were married for 10 years. So she’s only 31. Absolutely not a hag. Definitely not wrinkled. Zack is ridiculous and disgusting.

Wouldn’t be surprised if his ex before op was younger than him with him picking up younger girls.

Zack is a creep. Is he going to run after someone his kid's age?! Narrator: Yes. Yes he is.

I can't get past the idea of sleeping with HIS SON's FIANCE! This dude really puts the ick in sick.

How does a father decide to sleep with his son finance?Then leave his wife saying that she is to old. This story was crazy. Then what was the finance thinking sleeping with her finance father. Some people had no respect for people that love them. Love is something precious and these people just ruin two people because lust. I am not going to say love, because when you love somebody you do not hurt them like this.

If I was her I would’ve ruined anything that he loved then leave and not look back and not give a shit whether he’ll survive without those things

I am 68 now, and will turn 69 in about 4 months. When I was in my 30s, I still looked really good. I didn't really start getting much in the way of wrinkles until I was in my mid to late 50s. When I was in my early 30s, a 50 year old man was interested in me, and I thought he was too old for me. The man in this story is way off base, dumping her just because she is 30, when he is way older than her.

Maybe it's different from place to place, but doesn't alimony usually end when the person receiving it gets remarried?
@rogerrabbit802 жыл бұрын
In the US, usually but not always. If the alimony is rehabilitative, designed to help the former spouse with training to find a job, or lump-sum, then it can continue after that spouse remarries. Both those types already have a built-in termination, and will cease at that point. "Lifetime alimony" is very rarely awarded anymore. Alimony is usually for a fixed period, normally about half the duration of the marriage. So someone who was married for ten years would probably receive alimony for 5 years, unless something happens and the court adjusts or terminates it earlier - forex, if the paying party is injured or develops a medical condition cutting his or her income, the alimony could be reduced or terminated.

@@rogerrabbit80 Interesting, I've never been divorced so I didn't know all, well really any of the details. I'm sure it still differs from place to place but something like that is likely in effect in more than just the USA. It does make sense. Thanks for the education!

@@coffeezombie6813 Watching these stories, I see something that strikes me as odd, so I check on it. The one thing I've learned is that when it comes to legal questions in the US, the answer is almost always, "It depends." Different states can have wildly different laws, and keeping track of what is legal where can be very complicated. Forex, since a lot of these stories involve divorce, you can find uncontested divorces that take as little as two or three weeks (Nevada) to similar divorces where the couple must be separated for a year before they can even file for a divorce (South Carolina).
