I can't say that I'm 100% sure about it, but he has a Romanian first and last name. In this day and age, when people with several attempted murders in New York are released without bail, it wouldn't surprise me if the murdered teenager had rich parents and Nicolae must have been guilty.

Their faces especially the Asian guy shows them smiling and happy and not in fear as they kept harassing Mie. They smacked him down and smacked him again while he was down. The one bully was even holding a can of alcohol while doing it. Then they met karma. Everyone is changing their story now even the witness who was with his sons. His own son testified that he never heard his father make certain statements he testified to. The old witness said Miu was "intoxicated", but no mention of that on the bullies that surrounded him? All the bullies and witnesses are all back peddling to make themselves look innocent and trying to make this into a random unprovoked attack by a "child rapist" and "child molester" they claimed he was.
