@WatchTashi

Because the DA brought them all back in a few weeks before trial and imho, told them to lie. Or told them the other 20 ppl said/remembered it this way, so isn't that the way you remember it now, too? This needs to be investigated. Their statements varied wildly and were so wild, that's the only explanation. Prosecutor/DA wants a W and will go to any lengths to get it.

This is exactly the phenomenon which an article on American Re naissance (also published on Why t e Locus t) describes, where an American working in A f r i c a in the 1980s observed many fundamental cog nitive and perc eptive differences. There is no future, conditional branches of thought do not exist. There is no past, there are no recriminations over past actions or lessons learnt. I watched when Nicolae Mui testified, he has an accent and from his first and last name, I think he is from Romania. I can't say that I'm 100% sure about it, but he has a Romanian first and last name. These young intoxicated and high bullies ganged up on the man. They could have left but kept teasing him. Look at the video a few seconds before the stabbing happened. Their faces especially the Asian guy shows them smiling and happy and not in fear as they kept harassing Mie. They smacked him down and smacked him again while he was down. The one bully was even holding a can of alcohol while doing it. Then they met karma. Everyone is changing their story now even the witness who was with his sons. His own son testified that he never heard his father make certain statements he testified to. The old witness said Miu was "intoxicated", but no mention of that on the bullies that surrounded him? All the bullies and witnesses are all back peddling to make themselves look innocent and trying to make this into a random unprovoked attack by a "child rapist" and "child molester" they claimed he was. All these imbeciles are giving Miu a great chance of a SELF DEFENSE veridct.

This "kid" is embarrassing himself. They love videos to cancel others, but they don't realize how being a liar on a murder trial on video lives on forever. I would not hire or want to associate with any of the "kids". Hopefully their parents cam let them live in their basements until they are 40. Poor little angels.

True but does any altercation that isn’t a life or death situation justify stabbing people? If I stabbed everyone who talked down to me and tried instigate a conflict I’d have kill count higher than the amount of years I’ve been alive. Just my opinion though, to each their own💯
