I have a 2014 macbook air and i will say that the factory battery was better than any aftermarket i tried but they cost twice as much. $70 for an ifixit v $130 for apple.

Sorry, but claiming Apple has made it easier to repair is complete BS when they serial lock every single part to the other! Software locks should be illegal and MKBHD’s tour was hugely disappointing. That tour was an advertisement at best.

Are you deaf? They didn't claim it was easier to repair. They claimed that their products were durable and needed repair less often. Although I treat my products well and they all last a long time. I haven't had anything break unless it was dropped from a height.

Pure Apple BS! While I say that Apple phones have generally outlasted Android phones, I’ve also seen a number of Apple products fail in expected design constraints (Apple Watch 6th gen failing in a foot of water and having a thermal runaway) that Apple failed to acknowledge or repair. Sure Apple products often last, but when repair is needed, it’s been horrible to repair. Not difficult, actually horrible!
