These look really Yummy. I love making Carmelized Apples with Cinnmon and sweetner. If your a meat eater. Apples are good with Pork. Never heard Apples in Soups before. I bet it's good. Usually suppose to clean Leeks from the inside of them. Cause they hold a lot of dirt inside them. Those Baked Apples looked really good. Haven't had them in years.

Apples are fantastic and I am always happy to explore more ways to use them! I must say, the soup seems the most interesting to me and I am sure these flavours went together very well! An extremely autumnal dish! Also, I really like the way you cut apples. Less apple wasted than when you core them in straight lines! . Sending you all the love! Stay safe and sound!

that sounds delicious, definitely worth trying! glad you enjoyed the video :) I finished my health coaching course a while back and I learnt a lot about how to guide people to find healthy solutions for themselves as well as basic knowledge about nutrition and movement. Everything looks so yummy! I recently made apple butter, similar to your compote, and used it in so many ways. Just wanted to add that if people are thinking of adding sugar, you are so right, it was delicious with no sugar added. I did mine in the crock pot and it was so, so easy and my kitchen smelled divine for hours while it cooked.

Hi, Malin! Is there a specific type of apple that you buy for these recipes? (some, such as Granny Smith, are better for cooking/baking)

Hi Mimi 😊 I bought some locally grown red apples. They are both tarte and sweet but not as hard and crisp as a granny smith. 🤗
