I worked at Apple for 3 years. Stating you currently work at Apple is a big no-no, especially in a video where you're complaining about customers. We aren't even allowed to wear the Apple shirt uniform out of the store (even on breaks you have to cover up). I guarantee you Glory loses her job after this video is posted.

Here’s mine btw I don’t work at Apple. I went to buy a MacBook Pro my brother loves the iPads so much that he forgets he needs the bathroom... Yep he peed in the store. An Apple employee came up to me and my parents hey I think your son has peed on the floor. There was a puddle of yellow liquid there. Most embarrassing moment of my life.

@@jaggirl its not that they "make money" on repairs. They actively make it harder for repairs to be done by glueing in parts/straight up lying to customers about the nature of the repairs. They train their techs to actively lie to customers. I am not exaggerating. They also actively lobby against the right to repair bill. Watch Louis Rosssman.

This is one of the reasons I do not like Apple products at all. Sure, they look nice and pretty and are very user-friendly but when it comes to repairing them, the costs are insane and very difficult to do so.

Exaclty I was taught how to tell if the money is fake even if the pen clears . Alot of people will bleach a 10 and reprint as a 100 so when u use the pen it clears but its fake . What u do is hold the bill up make sure there is light if its real u will see a watermark of the president that should be on the bill also u will see a strip that says the real denomination of the bill

I hate going to the Apple Store because I can never get help there for some reason. There doesn't appear to be any sort of queue, and I think the employees are free to approach whoever they want regardless of the order people came in or have been waiting. There could be like five people who come in after you who get serviced first because the employees happened to notice them first or liked their appearance better.

This is why banks and stuff don’t use the markers anymore!! Hold it up to the light and Feel Ben Franklins shirt. It should be ribbed. They can mimic the chemical reaction between the money and marker. But they’re printers can’t mimic the actual texture of the image. The more ya know
