OMG! That bird sound from your fireplace, it was the "woo hoo"ing I've heard throughout my childhood, i never knew what bird made it. Great vlog!! And so good you start therapy. Alway nice to get to know yourself a little better :) I am not a therapist, but maybe you are interrested in reading about ADD. I feel like you could find some puzzlepieces there..? Because you are super creative, always buzzy (have to do something with your hands, even in a meeting), have a lot of thoughts and emotions, working late, not always sleeping enough because of working late, procrastination....but also kind of calm and quiet (on the out side). You look like you have a huge inner world :) I do not know if I remember well, but I think you said something a wile back about you having anxiety, which is common with ADD. I love to watch youtube channel 'how to ADHD'. So much recognition. Suddenly do not feel like a weird potato anymore ;P much love

Hey Tiffany, I'm not sure if I misunderstood the context or anything, but I'm a bit concerned that you shared a bit of your group therapy session on this vlog (again, not sure if this is correct or not!!) Some people aren't as open or outgoing as you are --and even if you have their permission to use their sound clip or whatnot, just being aware that they are being filmed may make them feel uncomfortable or unable to say what they truly feel during the group session. And the point of the group session is to be in a safe space where you can say anything, since a lot of people don't have that. I know you never mean to do any harm, but just wanted to bring that up. Thank you!
