Get Well Soon speaks to me on a personal and spiritual level. Not one song in my whole existence made me relate to my own personal life as much as this song. Everything she sings in it every word and every sound that she makes, makes me think of the darkest times of my life and how I am not the only person who lived like that. When the tragic event happened in Manchester I cried for months. I couldn't think straight at all, because even if I live in Belgium it hit home, Ariana is my home, it hit her and that hit me too. As wrong as it may sound, I can't be in spaces and places with too much people, I get anxiety, I never had that before the Manchester-attack... Breathing gets heavier when I don't feel safe in a public space. Breathin is a song that gets me too, but it's not the same feeling like Get Well Soon...

Wow... I've never been a "fan" of Ariana Grande's music, but this interview completely changed my mind on her. I already admired her for her voice and her onstage (and offstage) talent, but she has proven countless times, even before the Manchester tragedy, that she's a genuine, kindhearted and incredibly gifted artist whom, as can be seen here, truly cares about her fans and people in general, is amazingly strong, and is able to raise, whilst in tears(!) awareness about the overlooked issues of mental health. Long may she live, and I hope this will be seen by many, many others. :)

We've gotta look beyond the fact that she was crying and listen to what she said! She really dropped some important sh*t on the fact that we aren’t paying enough attention to mental health and I hope she becomes a mental health advocate. We sweep our own mental health under the rug way too often and shes helping us to prioritize the things we cover up with daily actives and work and school. "This is for everybody Babe, you gotta take care of your body, yuh yuh Ain't no time to deny it, that is why we talking about it Yeah, we talking about it To deal with it, don't try to get by it"

@emmyweee6 жыл бұрын
No one is saying she is going to magically come up with a solution to mental health issues, and what does a tan or lip gloss or any of that have to do with anything? She has a big influence on a large audience of people and the message she is spreading is only good. She is speaking from a place of wanting people to "get better" and acknowledge the importance of taking care of yourself, she has plenty to say that can help people with mental health struggles. She's a grown woman and I highly doubt she curses for the sole purpose of looking older.

I have always found it weird that I find interest in seeing interviews where celebrities get emotional or vulnerable but this interview helped me see why. I think like Ariana said with everything thrown our way in life, it makes it so hard to be strong and not fearful. We don’t have time to try and get better and be there for each other more because everything moves too fast. But I think when we are vulnerable and talk about our struggles, it’s therapeutic and when we tell each other we can get through this hard thing called life together, even tho it seems minimal, it helps in a tremendous way. I love Ariana with all my heart and I know lots of people do too!!! So thankful she is able to share emotions with us and spread love to everyone!!! ❤️

it breaks my heart to see her cry during this whole interview, but she’s such a genuine person who wasn’t afraid to express how she felt. i can’t imagine how it must feel that those people’s families lives have been changed and her OWN life has been changed because of what happened at what was meant to be a concert for people to enjoy. it’s great to see her open up about mental health and how much she’s tried to raise awareness about that situation with the one love concert too. she’s a strong, amazingly talented woman that shouldn’t have to go through this, but with this she still uses it to show other people how it is. i love her

It takes guts to cry on tv I’ve never respected her so much it didn’t just affect her fans but it deeply and emotionally affected her! She felt like it was her fault and it truly wasn’t! I love her and her music she should be deeply respected

I'm an old 57 years man from the northwest of England, I've lived in New Zealand since before Ariana was born, music has been my constant companion and I have so much respect for this remarkable young lady. She could've easily recoiled into her shell after that barbaric cowardly attack in Manchester, but she didn't. With grace, dignity and genuine humanity she struggled on ( in the British spirit) and returned for the one love concert. I adore the woman, I've heard her music and I wish her well. When Chris Martin and the crowd sang the masterpiece of 'dont look back in anger', I hope she understood. I love miss grande and I always will.

I kinda feel like Ari needed this you know, like on tv and other interviews she tends to kinda hold on to her emotions so I think it was good for her to let it all out❤️
