Lil Wayne I personally prefer Biggie to Pac(so for me 1 and 2 can be switched) and am not a huge fan of Lil Wayne, Snoop or Drake, but if we factor in impact, skill and everything, I'd be perfectly fine with the list above. Also, Nas can be in any of the top 4 spots, Jay Z is fine at 4-8, Eminem could be a little higher or lower, but in general that would be my list for the best rappers of all time.
