Applications of Jodan Uke (Head block)

This video shows two applications of Head block from our yellow belt syllabus looking at some of the key principles when applying jodan uke as a block and as an atemi (strike). Students are also introduced to a basic application for shuto and a new way of thinking about maegeri using both the knee and the kick to effect.
