Kata Bunkai - Juji uke (X-block or cross block) Applications Part 1- Pinan Yodan Choke

Juji uke or cross block is one of the most poorly understood techniques which is frequent throughout many kata. In this first in the mini series we will look at the application of the juji uke as a shime waza from Pinan Yondan.
