After more than a dozen phone calls over almost two months, I still can't file my return, which I completed in early February. The program I've used for many years has -- as at least five customer service reps have confirmed -- bugs, and at least one continues to vex them (and me).
With twelve days left until tax deadline day, my patience is waning and I have zero confidence they'll get the thing working, so here I am with a consumer warning. Save yourself time and headaches.
