Those patchwork jeans are really nice! When Cone Mills shut down in 2017 a new denim mill in Louisiana called Vidalia Mills actually bought all of their old Draper X3 looms, thus being the torch bearer of Cone denim. I’ve yet to see a pair of jeans made from Vidalia denim that I like (except maybe Ground Cover) but it’s not going to be long before we see more brands use that lovely Made in US selvedge denim.

i love the way you talked about brams fruit, i think the prices are a bit heavy for some people but from the materials, stitching to the design… its just so nice! i personally own a couple pieces and really do think they have a bright future in front of them if they keep doing what they’re doing. original and aesthetically pleasing. Another brand you should check out is ‘derschutze’, they make really cool designs. especially with the recent painter v4 varsity, its just so amazing.

Banana Fish is a very intense, kinda tarantino story that defies fitting into one genre neatly. Hard to describe but there are so many interesting aspects to it (from the characters, the setting, etc.). If you like it, you should check out the anime (I think it came out 2018 or 2019)! Very enjoyable and by the same studio that animated terror in resonance (by the creator of Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo)
