I've been reading the miss peregrine series - I know I'm late. Ive just finished the captive prince series which was beautiful. And I just got "A Little Life" which I see is on Regans shelf. It takes place 25 years after Seven Realms and involves the son of the main characters in Seven Realms. You don't have to read them, but I definitely recommend it. The series is amazing and you'll understand the world a lot better. There's a war that is a result of the events from Seven Realms, so you should read them if you don't want to be confused.
