Great review. Thank you. To me this is a better package and much more versatile for everyday use. With the much larger screen it will Ali make it more relaxed for a longer ride and help keep you fresh when you do end up at your favourite twisties. For me (as an ex Australian Superbike racer), who lives in Melbourne in an area where Phillip Island (my old home race track) is only an hour away (if I was on the he other side of Melbourne it would be 3 hours) makes it even more impressive. 👍😎🇦🇺

Thank you! I have the same feeling. You have the power to play with and the overall package is a lot more manageable than any other hypernaked.

I'm from Bendigo and ride mine to Bright for a week of tight stuff - perfect SPORTS Tourer.

@@DukeOfTwist Awesome. Bright does have some nice roads. Have you ridden to The Black Spur or gone up to the top and back of Mt. Buller? A good set of continuous twisties.

I'm thinking this could be my first bike? How is it's off-road capability? I plan on going to Alaska.

This is not really meant for off road. :)

This is not a bike to start off on. As easy as it is to ride, in the wrong hands it will make you pay dearly. Also, i would never take mine to Alaska or anywhere with even a little bit of dirt lol. You need something like the Toureg, plenty of hp for a new rider and made for touring and off road as well as street. Stay away from this bike for all those reasons.

@@doubleud2140 This is a very honest answer. Have to agree with it. This is a proper machine that goes like crazy. :) Drop by buddy. You may find it interesting.

have a duke 890 R currently.....this i believe will be my next bike, such a great machine and really a good price considering.....have seen them on sale for damn near the price of my 890 the factory version is nice but 6k extra for suspension seems a bit steep, idk if the factory has the stylemas or M50....yeah i think standard version is totally fine
