I have the Tuono 660 and I really like it. 2nd gear right now is the only thing right now where I feel the dip in the middle that is known on these bikes. But I also like the fact that the power is more linear. Makes me more confident to know I have the torque I need and expect at almost any speed. Don't like having to rev out if I need to get out of a situation.

I test rode both the Tuono V4 and the Streetfighter V4 over the summer. It was a very tough choice as both bikes really are fantastic! In the end the Tuono V4 won out and I bought a red 2024 base model (no interest in electronic suspension). The deciding factor was cruise control. Funny enough, shortly after buying the Tuono, Ducati announced the 2025 Streetfighter would get cruise control as an option. Ducati was a year too late to get a sale out of me.

Best sounding bike on the planet for sure! The problem that I have with Euro bikes is the price of scheduled maintenance. Ridiculously high compared to any of the Big 4 Japanese manufacturers. I owned a Ducati back in 2013. Was in the shop 3 times for electrical issues during the one year that I owned it. Reliability and low maintenance are at the top of my priority list when it comes to motorcycles. Having a Duc stuck on the side of the road isn't fun.

Ive been waiting for this review since your buddy got this bike. Ive wanted to own this bike but ive heard to much negatives about the bike stalling if in traffic due to it overheating. And the aprilia reliability when it comes to leaks and electrical bugs

Thanks for watching, and totally understandable! If there was any brand to have worse reliability than Ducati, it would definitely be Aprilia. The noise is surreal though, not sure I've ever experienced a better sounding bike.

Yolo... don't wait till you're dead to own such an amazing machine. If you never rode or heard one in person, you're missing out, honestly. There are reliability issues with all manufacturers, so just get the bike with an extended warranty and hope for the best... 😅

I'd already have a tuono if the dealers didn't suck so much in my area. My closest one is 3 hours away. And owning an Aprilia, you're going to need a dealer nearby
