I gave my Asrock Desk Mini as a gift to my son and decided to build a new mini PC where the CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 5600G and the case would be the new Inwin Chopin Max. My question is regarding the motherboard. I like the Asrock motherboard but open for other brands. The new PC is for basic home use with some photo and video editing, no gaming at all. According to this which motherboard that gives best value for the would you recommend? Thanks in advance for your reply!)

It is not very visible in video (maybe here most kzbin.info/www/bejne/hl7cmaGvdryJeM0 ) but the Noctua heatsink fins are pointing at wrong direction. The air is trapped between the memory and the motherboard rear connector block. For this reason, in this case, the AMD wraith stealth cooler works so much better. It fits if the plastic collar is removed from cooler.

"I would really like to see this case with USB Type C" You might want to check Gamemax Violin. It's the exact replica of Inwin Chopin, but with 180W psu, a RGB light on the front, and a front header type C. Other than that, it's exactly the same. Basically it's like "copy the homework but change it a little bit so it's not so obvious" 😂

Hi PC Crazy, nice review! but there is someting I have to mention about the inwin chopin, if you using a motherboard and the m.2 ssd is on the "backside", your m.2 ssd has a chance to "crush" while you fixed the 2.5 ssd due to inwin chopin ' 2.5 ssd screw holes might right in front of M.2. that is how inwin chopin kill my m.2. (my motherboard: Biostar X470NH itx) The official inwin told me "inwin chopin has published for 5 years, in that time there were not much M.2, so they feel sorry about it (WTF?!)" I have no idea whether they fix this problem in the pro version or not. so my own opinion is to take care when you use it or even NOT buy it !

It has a small 40mm fan, and as far as I tested, the PC was dead silent.

My first ever DIY PC was the Asrock DeskMini X300 which I love so much. I just gave it to my son and have build the Asrock DestMeet. So far it is great! It is with AMD Ryzen 5 5600G and Corsair 32GB 3200 RAM. In the BIOS by default AUTO it opens as 2133Mhz. The BIOS version is 1.4. Is it safe to tweak it to right speed 3200Mhz? Will work OK or crash? Is there any danger in doing so? Sould I change also the voltage- Will I feel big difference between the Mhz?

Just unlock the XMP profile that is suggested in your BIOS. If it works, it will boot normally. If not, then it will show blank screen for couple of seconds or a minute and then revert the memory to the original MHz and boot again. If that doesn't happen after some time, just take out the battery out from the motherboard and reset BIOS.

cpu is 65 watts fan is 95 watts psu is 150 watts we i did maffs 65 + 95 = 160 ? i take it theres some variance in this ? does it run ok under load ?

PSU is 200W. This is Chopin Pro with 200W, not the ordinary Chopin with 150W.

The fan/cpu cooler does not draw 95 Watts. The 95 Watt rating means it's able to cool a CPU with a thermal design power of up to 95 watts.

@@purkeypilot Ah yes, and that as well. I just got shocked when I saw 160W conclusion, so I was just writing PSU power. 😅
