My wife and I have been doing this video in our pool for 2 weeks. We love it! We have had our pool for 22 years and never done water aerobics until now. Seeing results already. Looking forward to graduating to your more challenging videos😎

This is wonderful! Do you recommend doing this full routines before swimming? Currently I do a 5 minute warm up, then do 2 minute exercises as a break from swimming, and then a few stretches as a cool down after swimming

Hi! You can do this before or after swimming. You seem like you have a great routine in place, and this would add some more toning to your workout routine.

Love your videos!! My friends and I get together twice a week in my pool. We set up the laptop and you are our instructor! We always do 2 videos for a great workout!! Keep making more ... we are up for the challenge!

I have arthritis, and the closest free pool to me is a pool built into a cold spring, so the water is FREEZING, but I still really want to work out in it. It's also almost impossible to touch the bottom, but my work shifts end at 5am when it opens, so I like to go for a swim after work. Do you have any tips for deep water exercise? I've been holding onto a bar and doing bicycles and criss crossing my legs for several reps, but I don't feel like it's enough, even though I feel sore.

Hi Hannah! Great motivation to move! :-) With your arthritis, you should consider finding somewhere warmer to exercise. The warmer water will be better for your joints. Make sure you do an adequate warm up session. As for the deep water, I would recommend you get a buoyancy belt to wear, that way you can exercise without having to hold on. Keep me posted.

How do you watch your video while you are in the pool? I only have a public pool to go to so not sure how one follow along with the video while in the water. I'm new to this so any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe some of the other viewers can add some comments below. My suggestions, if you have a laptop/tablet and can bring it out by the pool, you can set it up on a small table or somewhere it won't get wet. I will work on putting together some printables of my exercises....stay tuned.

A water proof case for your laptop or tablet would be helpful!

Tablet or phone in ziplock bag. I have a simple plastic phone holder that works for tablet that's in the ziplock bag. Be careful on windy days. ... I don't have to use headphones. I was using them but realized I don't need audio very high so stopped,

Thanks Stacy. Good beginner workout. But quite a few of your moves were not clear as we could not see leg & foot work required. Perhaps a partner outside pool demonstrating the moves could be more illustrative.

How does one physically watch your video while in the water? Are there any electronics that you use to watch while in the water that are waterproof?

Hi Debra. Since you inquired about the electronics, it made me think about other options. I put together a workout that is approximately 1 hour long and is all on laminated cards with pictures and descriptions. A great way to workout and NOT need electronics!!!
