All arguments aside of who should pick up what and who is right or wrong about it, this video highlights what we ALL as humans have done to our planet and how ashamed it makes me. Hi Chigs,...great vid as usual,...just an observation on the style of magnet your using; being fixed at the top, its great for dunking when you are over or above it, but, when you drag the magnet it straightway falls on its side, where there is the weakest force. the best way to use them \ have found is to fix a rope to the side so that you actually drag the face of the magnet over the mud/sand whatever. What do you think?? stay safe.

I do not blame Beau for the rubbish, nor do I expect him to be the River Janitor or Caretaker. Beau is someone who takes us there, shows us what is there and points out the conditions, the environment, the weather ( good & bad), the Flora ( e.g. poison ivy) and fauna ( e.g. fire ants). He’s not there as a stand in housekeeper of the wilderness. When detectorists dig, they haul out more junk & rubbish than treasure, at least when I dig, I do. When I walk in the forest or on the beach, I have a bag for the random rubbish I find. Not much, but the odd bits. Before you start on other folk, make sure you are squeaky clean. We have a saying in NZ “ take only pictures, leave only footprints”. Adults leave places cleaner than they found them, that is one of the reasons I am a fan of this channel. Shame on you critics. Shame. Go on a Volunteer Cleanup in your neighbourhood before you start on someone else. Honestly. Some folk.🤦🏼♀️🌸
