😊 Cough remedies for whoever doesnt want prescription meds: I once had a dry cough that wasn't going away, and a colleague suggested drinking turmeric in hot water - it worked like a charm!! (effectiveness might depend on the type of cough...but turmeric is a superfood) I also find dairy-free chocolate helps coz of the compounds in cocoa or cacao - the darker the better. And citrus fruits coz they've got the Vit C. There's nothing like avoiding stress and getting lots of rest too. Often, the body heals itself beautifully. ❤
