We had a beautiful Arabian named Zada for over 20 years at our ranch in the Texas Hill Country. She was so sweet! I used to go to races with my dad and I have never, NEVER seen a horse as fast as she was! That little thing was lightning! My husband once let her run in some newly ploughed fields while he held on, and it was insane, it was like a speeded up film and he never fell off or jolted because she was so smooth! I'll never forget how beautiful she looked, so happy and free....she was easy to ride bareback except that she didn't like getting her feet wet, so when we came to the creek, she would bunch her feet up and leap across! You just had to flatten yourself on her neck and hang on! I grew up bareback riding so it was great. I miss her so much, she was just magic...

I'm so thankful for your great ministrations to her. I'm not a horse "fan" but I do admire their regalness and stature. Horses have always frightened me. This past summer I went to a little county fair in a farming community and was brave enough to stand and talk to a stabled horse. I could see in it's eyes that it realized that I was different than most people who would approach it. It reached its head across the door and I gathered courage to pet it's nose. I told her I loved her and would never hurt her, and how grateful I was to be able to talk to her and have her let me pet her. She was very calm then and we just had some quiet time together. I really enjoyed it and I think she did too because she whinnied when I said goodbye.

Doc, I've used chiropractic for pain relief since I was hit by a car as a teenager while I was on my bike. It has been a grateful relief these last 35 years. The first time the algorithm recommended this, I was so skeptical. Quite honestly I didn't believe you could adjust a horse. That is a huge animal. And then the hip moved. Not only did it move, i heard it click into place. I'm floored. Thanks for giving relief to these beloved companions. I apologize for my dubiousness. I eagerly await all the delightful future interactions. You are doing good doc. Thanks. 😊

Oh this brings back memories of my days working at and keeping my horses at boarding barns/stables. Oh the distractions, never ending. Good job working with her in such a situation.

You are amazing at your craft. I had a chiropractor just bounce right off my back because it was so tight. Zero movement. There you are adjusting HORSES! I can only imagine that it is incredible precision over strength. Well done, truly amazing!

watching this makes me so proud. The insight and love applied is just fantastic. We humans have a bad habbit of thinking we are smarter than everything else in nature. This is beautyful for me to watch because this is what smart really looks like, complete in sync with the natural order of things and being a good steward of it. Thank you.

I love to watch the horse adjustments. The horse's are so funny. At first they are saying uh get away from me human but after you adjust them , they are like, ok you might be alright after all.

Layla was very distracted, but you did well, Doc. Again, so much patience and so detailed with the points that needed work. 👏👏👏 Another tip to get the horse to work with you, is to put your hand out and let them greet you by touching your hand with their nose, before you even begin to work with them. The intent to connect to help them must be energetically felt by them, before they greet you with their nose. Then the point on which you were holding, to try to calm her down, just slightly under her foreleg....try touching the point on the front of the shoulder in the same line. That calms them down. Also, touching the middle of the forehead on the "third eye" position, really gets them to drop their head low, and calms them down. Some tips learned from Equine Partnered Bodywork and applied with the horses I look after. Hope they help you too 🙏

Doc, way to battle through all the distractions around you. Good lesson for many no matter what the profession is. You have to overcome and execute at the end of the day. You did that by showing lots of patience here. 👍🏽

Well said! It was a big challenge. So many loud noises, and drilling, construction work, other horses, workers walking past and clunking there equipment. This particular horse was exceedingly sensitive to distractions, too.
