This song catapulted Arch Enemy's future new album release to the top of my watch for list and the anticipation of an Arch Enemy tour into my must see. I have always appreciated Arch Enemy's library of tracks and influence, but never been simply blown off my feet and stunned by a song of theirs. Until now.

The problem about Arch Enemy is they keep making the same old song since 20 years They hired Alyssa that is really good at alternating growl and clean voices and they use just her growl They hired Jefff Loomis at the guitar that can write amazing masterpieces (listen all Nevermore records and his solo albums) and still use him for 30 seconds solos They are just a waste of talented musicians

To both points, they're respecting the 25+ year signature sound. Sorry to hear it's not to your liking. There are fans worldwide that still today fanatically listen to the 1996-1999 albums. They have changed over the years but they've kept certain key elements. Vocals and guitar riffs being some of them. Solo time is being cut I think because the latest singles we've heard are going to be played live and I believe they're trying to squeeze in more music into a live set. The album tracks can have full length Loomis solos. Looking forward to those. I mean ideally I'd like a Loomis cowritten song. Not just solos.
