I'm not an architect or an engineer, but my gut tells me that this smarmy guy is looking out for his own wallet. He won't be around in a few decades when nearly all of South Florida is underwater and buildings collapse into the ocean. He's gonna live it up and make as much $$ as he can before climate changes (which IS real, Republicans) makes Florida uninhabitable.

He’s defending the luxury buildings because he’s the architect for some of them. I’m a realtor in Miami, and I always say these buildings are well-built, but we keep playing with nature. Meanwhile, middle-class buildings are struggling with high condo fees, endless rules, reserve requirements, and replacing items. Now they’re crying because buildings need to be inspected before filing reports to the news.But what about all the elderly and fixed-income residents being pushed out of older buildings due to these crazy increases? And now that the news is affecting the wealthy.

Our greatest challenges is that we all tend to put our heads on one basket, unemployment and the rule of change has been on a high rate and we first timers face in the market is that we end up losing all we have,making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My Biggest advice is don’t simply retire from something; have something to retire to. Start saving, keep saving and stick to investments. Everyone should have bitcoin in there portfolio.
