Sadly, you can notice that Tom seems to be exhausted, but you can also see that he was willing to do everything for his fans and the music. It breaks my heart to see such a talented musician passing away. A smile that touches me sorely 2:35 Rest in Peace Tom.

I was at this concert, I couldn't tell if anyone on stage was having a hard time. After I read the message about his death i watched a lot of video from that day an just noticed how still he was. Now I feel honoured that I was at his last show and witnessed that he would give everything for this band. R.I.P Tom

Poor Tom. He looks exhausted, like he can't take it anymore. What an absolute champion for sticking it out until the very bitter end. Devoted to his art, his band, his brothers, his fans...not many people would have such a drive. Thank you for everything, Tom

Just a couple of days later (the day this video was uploaded, in fact), he was rushed to hospital in Luxembourg and went into a coma they didn't think he'd come out of.

4 days after this show, Tom 's illness became much worse and they needed to send him to hospital and place him in a coma. So unbelievably sad. What a trooper he was, going out to play for the fans while so sick.
